My cousin is pregnant! What do you think of her names?

[name_f]My[/name_f] cousin found out she was pregnant yesterday! She and her boyfriend have been trying for awhile. :slight_smile: They already have two boys, so I’ll include their names too for the sibset. We’re hoping for a girl, but they don’t know the sex yet!

Current boys:
[name_u]Keaton[/name_u] [name_m]Allen[/name_m]
[name_m]Kevin[/name_m] [name_m]Steven[/name_m]

Choices for the new baby: [name_f]Kaiya[/name_f] [name_f]Jade[/name_f] for a girl or Kannen [name_m]David[/name_m] “[name_m]Kane[/name_m]” for a boy

All middle names are family names. I’d love to know what you think!

I think they are lovely names (not my style, but that doesn’t matter!) I would be worried about the three K names…

There’s nothing wrong with the names but I would be cautious with 3 “K” initials. Very bad connotations there.

Yes we mentioned that as well but her boyfriend is black so if he’s comfortable with it we told them we respected that choice. It is something I’d be concerned about though!

Yea the KKK reference isn’t something to unsee. Although nice names I would pick something else… maybe even [name_f]Mya[/name_f] or [name_f]Maya[/name_f] for a girl and [name_m]Cannon[/name_m] for a boy.
