[name_u]Baby[/name_u] girl is coming any day, so this should be my last post. We are torn between the names [name_u]Arielle[/name_u] and [name_u]Delaney[/name_u]. I love a name that feels girly, somewhat unique, but still familiar.
[name_u]Baby[/name_u] number 4 will be joining siblings [name_f]Coralie[/name_f], [name_u]Griffin[/name_u], and [name_f]Serena[/name_f].
We have not settled on a middle name, but most likely we will use LeighAnn or [name_f]Annaleigh[/name_f]. I realize the flow is not for everyone, but I’m not super worried about that as they are special family names.
I think I like [name_u]Arielle[/name_u] best with the sibling names and with the MN. [name_u]Delaney[/name_u] is a great name, though. Maybe you’ll know when you see her. Wishing you all the best with bringing her into the world
Thank you all for your feedback! So fun to hear your responses. So hard to be patient in the last days waiting for this baby to come, so I’m obsessing over which name to go with again. We most likely will go to the hospital with it narrowed down to two, and see if one stands out once she’s here.
[name_u]Delaney[/name_u] [name_f]Annaleigh[/name_f] because I like [name_u]Delaney[/name_u] so much with your sibset, and, as you said, neither one is perfect flow with mn anyway. A special family name matters more. Good luck!
[name_u]Arielle[/name_u] is great. Actually you don’t need a middle name. Many people do not have one and actually it is common in many countries to not have one. [name_u]Arielle[/name_u] on its own is great for me in my opinion rather than “Arielle Anneleigh” lol. But if I had to choose I prefer Anneleigh to LeighAnne.
I feel [name_u]Arielle[/name_u] is the most feminine / girly and it does not repeat any ending sound of the names. (Delaney and [name_f]Coralie[/name_f] both have the EE sound.) Also, you might consider a hyphen in the name Leigh-Anne if you a capitalizing [name_u]Anne[/name_u]. I like the way [name_u]Anne[/name_u] looks with the final E and I still think if counts as an honor name if it is spelled slightly different.
