ok, i’m not doing a poll cause it’s too hard to decipher the results! hopefully nameberry can get that to be more streamlined. so, here are the final names. if you so desire you can put your favorite as a comment.
first of all, i have decided to eliminate evelyn ruby almaz. i love that name but i like it altogether. if she just goes by evelyn when she’s older i might wonder why i named her that. evie is cute, but i had to narrow it down. so, here are the final names. they both start with naomi because if she decided to just go by that i will be happy about it. if she wants to go by her middle name or third name i will he happy, too. in other words, i want to name her something where i like all three names on independently. that helped me tremendously. also, i ruled out using my mom’s name in the end since my niece already has that as a name. so, here we go:

naomi charlotte almaz howard
or just keep it simple with
naomi almaz howard
(if you haven’t been following my looooong process -lol- almaz is her current given name)
i’m sure i’ll get most votes for charlotte because it’s more common and i think it’s a beautiful name (obviously) but i like just love the unique quality of winter as name. i think that combination sounds elegant, too.
i may not do nicknames but i may. i do not like nay nay or mimi or nomi. possible ones are charlie or wynn or mazie.
