[name]Cora[/name] [name]Ann[/name] - [name]Say[/name] this outloud; it sounds like Corann. [name]Cora[/name] does look and sound next to [name]Rex[/name] and [name]Troy[/name], though.
I agree, when its said aloud it kind of flows together and jumbles a bit.
[name]Eve[/name] [name]Nicole[/name] - This is okay; [name]Rex[/name], [name]Troy[/name], and [name]Eve[/name] make sense.
I really like [name]Eve[/name]. Hopefully I can find a good middle name with the family names I just posted.
[name]Ivy[/name] [name]Danielle[/name] - I think [name]Rex[/name], [name]Troy[/name], and [name]Ivy[/name] sound the best. Not crazy about [name]Danielle[/name].
I’m liking [name]Ivy[/name] too! [name]Danielle[/name] was to try and honor my grandmother while sticking with the not-so-common first name and traditional/classic middle.
[name]Roxana[/name] [name]Sue[/name] - Rox is too close to [name]Rex[/name], even if you did call her Xana.
[name]Roxanne[/name] ?
These are off the list!
[name]Iris[/name] ? - Too classic/frilly next to [name]Rex[/name] and [name]Troy[/name].
Someone mentioned yesterday that it was a more sophisticated name than [name]Ivy[/name]. It also has a very beautiful meaning. I like it, but I don’t love it.
My suggestions:
[name]Don[/name]'t do [name]Cora[/name] [name]Ann[/name]! It sounds awkward together! Maybe do [name]Cora[/name] [name]Roxanne[/name], [name]Cora[/name] [name]Nicole[/name], or [name]Cora[/name] [name]Suzanne[/name].
[name]Eve[/name] [name]Nicole[/name] is pretty tame next to [name]Rex[/name] and [name]Troy[/name], and I think [name]Nicole[/name] makes it more so than [name]Eve[/name].
[name]Ivy[/name] [name]Ann[/name], [name]Ivy[/name] [name]Roxanne[/name], [name]Ivy[/name] [name]Sue[/name]/[name]Suzanne[/name], [name]Ivy[/name] [name]Eve[/name] are AWESOME next to [name]Rex[/name] and [name]Troy[/name].
You could even do [name]Suzanne[/name] (hybrid of [name]Roxanne[/name] and [name]Susan[/name]) as a first name, but I wouldn’t pair any -ann names with it.
My favorites are in bold because I think they sound/look great next to [name]Rex[/name] and [name]Troy[/name], and give a lot of personality and spunk.
Thanks for the help!
