My girl names male counterparts

I’ve seen a few of these posts around and think it’s a really good idea, so I’m looking for the male equivalents to my favourite girls names, [name_f]Hermione[/name_f] and [name_f]Isadora[/name_f]. I don’t want to say any more as I’d like to get your initial, honest thoughts.
Thanks!

Hermes and Isadore according to behindthename.com :slight_smile:
The Arabic name Isa/Eesa could be a nn. I like Isa… names like Isaac and Isaiah too.

[name_m]Herman[/name_m] and [name_m]Isaac[/name_m] are my first thoughts.

Fun challenge, @bemsy_1!

[name_f]Hermione[/name_f], [name_f]Isadora[/name_f] {and} [name_m]Demetrius[/name_m], [name_m]Leonidas[/name_m], [name_m]Nicodemus[/name_m], [name_m]Theophilus[/name_m]

{four-syllable Greek names}

Thanks for the replies! I guess I meant more stylistically, rather than boys names that sound the same- more boys names that feel the same

For [name_f]Hermione[/name_f] and [name_f]Isadora[/name_f]'s brother:

[name_m]Thaddeus[/name_m]

[name_m]Gregory[/name_m]
[name_m]Llewellyn[/name_m]
Rhydian
[name_m]Achilles[/name_m]

[name_m]Oscar[/name_m]
[name_m]Ezekiel[/name_m]
[name_m]Raphael[/name_m]

I would peruse names from various mythologies and lists of Catholic saints for more ideas. You’ll find a ton of underused and striking gems in both places.
