Hey ladies,
We found out a few weeks ago that we are being blessed with another girl! A little sister for [name_f]Zoey[/name_f] [name_u]Jo[/name_u]-[name_f]Ann[/name_f].
My husband has been hell-bent that this kid’s name will be [name_m]Bodie[/name_m] – a variation of his grandmother’s maiden name. I am, personally, against this as, to me, this is a boy’s name. I’m a little more traditional when it comes to my kids’ names. I have compromised and told him that we can use it for a middle name. Now we are having a hard time coming up with a first name.
This is our short list right now and we are open to some other suggestions:
[name_f]McKenna[/name_f] or [name_f]Makenna[/name_f]
[name_f]Viola[/name_f]
[name_f]Joy[/name_f]
[name_f]Hannah[/name_f]
[name_f]Rayna[/name_f]
[name_f]Savanah[/name_f]
Thaedra (I love because my dad’s name is [name_m]Theodore[/name_m])
[name_f]Sarah[/name_f] (my hubby’s only suggestion other than [name_m]Bodie[/name_m])
The top ones he was “meh” about but didn’t veto them completely.
[name_f]Zoey[/name_f]'s middle name worked because it happened to be his mom’s middle name as well as my grandmother’s name. [name_f]Zoey[/name_f] was on our list as it is cute and quirky and when she was born, that was what she looked like lol.
