i think of maia as the european spelling of the name, and feel like this makes it fresh and lovely. my vote is for maia!
I really like [name]Mia[/name] [name]Alessandra[/name]. Very sweet, and [name]Alessandra[/name] spices up the more popular [name]Mia[/name]. If you’re wanting to stick with an “M” name, what about:

It is NOT misspelled this is how you spell [name]Micaela[/name] in Latin cultures! I should know its my name and I love it.

I think [name]Mia[/name] [name]Alessandra[/name] is gorgeous and gets my vote. [name]Micaela[/name] [name]Alessandra[/name] is quite beautiful as well, but I think you may encounter quite a bit of mispronunciation, depending upon where you are. If you chose this name, I would go for [name]Michaela[/name] to make things simpler for your daughter.
