My sister just joined (Her name is Spiderweb) and shes having a hard time logging in.

Hmm… You may want to have your sister e-mail nameberry at feedback@nameberry.com (I got this by clicking on “contact” on the bottom of the home page) and let them know what’s going on. I hope your sister gets to post soon! 
If you and your sister are in the same house, maybe nameberry sees your internet service provider address and thinks that your sister is you, trying to have two accounts. (Computers aren’t my thing, so I’m just trying to guess!)
