  1. [name]Easton[/name] [name]Jermaine[/name] - I like [name]Easton[/name] but not with [name]Jermaine[/name]. What about [name]Easton[/name] [name]Jeremiah[/name] or [name]Easton[/name] [name]Josiah[/name]?
  2. [name]Dante[/name] [name]Cormac[/name] - I love both of these names but they sound too choppy and brusque with two syllables each. [name]Dante[/name] [name]Alexander[/name]?
  3. [name]Cormac[/name] [name]Dayton[/name] - A little choppy. [name]Cormac[/name] has such a strong sound that it needs a softer mn. [name]Do[/name] you like [name]Cormac[/name] [name]Donovan[/name] or [name]Cormac[/name] [name]Quinn[/name]?
  4. [name]Jasper[/name] [name]Jericho[/name] - I’m not a fan of alliteration and there is too much “er” in the names. [name]Jasper[/name] [name]Leo[/name] perhaps?
  5. [name]Orson[/name] [name]Tolliver[/name] - An unusual and unexpected combo. I like it!
  6. [name]Dakota[/name] [name]Beckett[/name] - too many “k” sounds.
  7. [name]Aspen[/name] [name]Isaiah[/name] - [name]Aspen[/name] is not a usual choice for a boy with it sounds ok with [name]Isaiah[/name].
  8. [name]Asa[/name] [name]Jonas[/name] - too heavy on the “as”. [name]Asa[/name] [name]Benjamin[/name], [name]Asa[/name] [name]Nathaniel[/name]?
  9. [name]Huxley[/name] [name]Asher[/name] - [name]Asher[/name] [name]Huxley[/name] sounds better.
  10. [name]Winslow[/name] [name]Joel[/name] - too much “o” sound. [name]Winslow[/name] [name]Elliott[/name], [name]Winslow[/name] [name]Elijah[/name]?
  11. [name]Roscoe[/name] [name]Salem[/name] - This name flows well and sounds cool but [name]Salem[/name] comes with lots of negativity ([name]Salem[/name] Witch hunts, cigarettes).
  12. [name]Addison[/name] [name]Gray[/name] - Nice to see [name]Addison[/name] for a boy. This sounds good but it seems heavily influenced by TV shows.
  13. [name]Jonah[/name] [name]Marley[/name] - I love [name]Jonah[/name] but not [name]Marley[/name].
  14. [name]Crispin[/name] [name]Ford[/name] - Nice
  15. [name]Elihu[/name] [name]Rhys[/name] - I like the [name]Eli[/name] names and this is one of the more unusual ones. Very catchy combo! I like it!
  16. Griffith Orion - I like this combo!
  17. Quillon Archer - This doesn’t work for me. They blend into each other.
  18. Rafferty Micah - This combo has lots of spunk and energy!
  19. Mischa Sebastian - Too much “s”. What about Mischa Quill?
  20. Whistler Quill - This combo sounds like a description rather than a person’s name. It may be trying too hard.

I really liked [name]Aspen[/name] and [name]Huxley[/name] then [name]Orion[/name] and [name]Quill[/name] for middle names.

In regards to [name]Addison[/name] [name]Gray[/name], I don’t get what you mean about it being influenced by TV shows?

[name]Meredith[/name] [name]Grey[/name] and [name]Addison[/name] [name]Montgomery[/name] are TV characters on the shows “[name]Grey[/name]'s Anatomy” and “Private Practice”.

They’re really cute. [name]Haven[/name]'t ever thought much about boys names, but I like them. My favourites are [name]Jasper[/name] [name]Jericho[/name] (I think alliteration can be nice sometimes), [name]Dakota[/name] [name]Beckett[/name], [name]Aspen[/name] [name]Isaiah[/name], [name]Asa[/name] [name]Jonas[/name], [name]Huxley[/name] [name]Asher[/name] and [name]Roscoe[/name] [name]Salem[/name].

  1. [name]Easton[/name] [name]Jermaine[/name] – I absolutely love [name]Jermaine[/name]! [name]How[/name] I would love to use it myself! I never cared for [name]Easton[/name] much, but [name]Weston[/name] is growing on me.
  2. [name]Dante[/name] [name]Cormac[/name] – These names are so stylistically different that I don’t think they work together the best. I like [name]Dante[/name], but I’m not really a fan of [name]Cormac[/name].
  3. [name]Cormac[/name] [name]Dayton[/name] – Still not liking [name]Cormac[/name]. And [name]Dayton[/name] just reminds me of a really boring place in Ohio.
  4. [name]Jasper[/name] [name]Jericho[/name] – These sound weird together. I don’t mind double initials, but these two just don’t work. [name]Jasper[/name] is ok, but [name]Jericho[/name] reminds me of a WWE wrestler.
  5. [name]Orson[/name] [name]Tolliver[/name] – I do not like [name]Orson[/name]. I never considered [name]Tolliver[/name] before. I guess it’s kind of nice.
  6. [name]Dakota[/name] [name]Beckett[/name] – I do not like [name]Dakota[/name], on either gender. It is very “southern redneck” to me. [name]Beckett[/name] just reminds me of bucket.
  7. [name]Aspen[/name] [name]Isaiah[/name]-- [name]Aspen[/name] isn’t even a particularly attractive plant name, much less human name. [name]Isaiah[/name] is nice.
  8. [name]Asa[/name] [name]Jonas[/name]-- I like this one ok. [name]Asa[/name] is rather popular, though, so I wouldn’t personally use it. [name]Jonas[/name] may be tainted by the [name]Jonas[/name] brothers.
  9. [name]Huxley[/name] [name]Asher[/name] – This is all hipster. Not a fan. My cousin is giving this exact name to his son due in [name]March[/name].
  10. [name]Winslow[/name] [name]Joel[/name] – I like both of these separately, but I find [name]Joel[/name] to be a little difficult to say after [name]Winslow[/name]. I love [name]Winslow[/name]!!
  11. [name]Roscoe[/name] [name]Salem[/name] – [name]Salem[/name] is a weird choice, I think. I prefer [name]Rocco[/name] to [name]Roscoe[/name], though I do like the nn [name]Ros[/name].
  12. [name]Addison[/name] [name]Gray[/name] – Very trendy. Not really a style I usually like. [name]Gray[/name] could be nice with a classic first name like [name]Christopher[/name] or something.
  13. [name]Jonah[/name] [name]Marley[/name] – [name]Jonah[/name] seems more usable than [name]Jonas[/name] to me. [name]Marley[/name] reminds me of the dog and a surname. If you like [name]Bob[/name] [name]Marley[/name], name him [name]Robert[/name].
  14. [name]Crispin[/name] [name]Ford[/name] – [name]Love[/name] this! Perfect as it is.
  15. [name]Elihu[/name] [name]Rhys[/name] – [name]Elihu[/name] is one of the more interesting biblical choices. I don’t particularly like it, but it could work. [name]Love[/name] [name]Rhys[/name].
  16. [name]Griffith[/name] [name]Orion[/name] – I prefer [name]Griffin[/name] to [name]Griffith[/name], but I wouldn’t use either. [name]Orion[/name] is a little too adventurous for me.
  17. [name]Quillon[/name] [name]Archer[/name] – Very adventurous. I wouldn’t be able to do it, but it could work.
  18. [name]Rafferty[/name] [name]Micah[/name] – I really dislike [name]Rafferty[/name]. I just do not like the sounds. And [name]Rafe[/name] works for [name]Ralph[/name] Fiennes, but it’s too similar to the word rape for me to like it. [name]Micah[/name] is fine, but not really one I like.
  19. [name]Mischa[/name] [name]Sebastian[/name] – I love [name]Mischa[/name]!! I would so love to give it to a little boy. I don’t really like it with [name]Sebastian[/name]. The “s” sound is too repetitive for me.
  20. [name]Whistler[/name] [name]Quill[/name] – This sounds like a prank item one of the Weasley Twins would invent from [name]Harry[/name] [name]Potter[/name]…

I like:

[name]Jasper[/name], but not with [name]Jericho[/name]
[name]Huxley[/name], but it has a terrible meaning (“inhospitable place”)
[name]Roscoe[/name], but not a fan of an “s” middle when the “s” sound is so strong in the name
[name]Jonah[/name], but I’d prefer a more classic middle than [name]Marley[/name]
[name]Quillon[/name] [name]Archer[/name], but not if it’s pronounced “KILL-an.”
[name]Griffith[/name] [name]Orion[/name] is super cool, but [name]Griffith[/name] is a little awkward to say. I prefer [name]Griffin[/name] to [name]Griffith[/name]. But not [name]Griffin[/name] with [name]Orion[/name]. Too similar in the end sounds. I’m picky. :slight_smile:

I’ve decided to make a few changes to some of the names…

  • [name]Dante[/name] [name]Cormac[/name] is now off my list and being replaced by [name]Dante[/name] [name]Solomon[/name]. This would’ve been [name]Alexander[/name] or [name]Nathaniel[/name], but I find these to be too popular.
  • [name]Winslow[/name] [name]Joel[/name] is changing to [name]Winslow[/name] [name]Seth[/name]. You guys were right saying that [name]Joel[/name] was too hard to say. I still wanted to stick with a 1 syllable MN and I think [name]Seth[/name] works really well.
  • [name]Whistler[/name] [name]Quill[/name] is off the list completely and is being replaced by my new love: [name]Lorcan[/name] [name]Azariah[/name].
  • Slightly changing [name]Dakota[/name] [name]Beckett[/name] to [name]Dakota[/name] [name]Bennett[/name]
