Hey! Its been a long time since I’ve been on here! We’re TTC starting this month and I’m already thinking of names! Lol…its an addiction, OK? So. Girls names have always been hard for me. I had 3 different ones chosen for my first daughter and ended up naming her something completely different once she arrived. But, I actually have quite a few combos for girls this time around (should we be blessed with another daughter) and I love talking names, so I thought I’d share them to get some feedback (don’t be too mean to me, I’m sensitive lol) Some combos in the running at the moment are:

We like old fashioned names that are unique without being too clunky or “out there”. Our first daughter’s name is [name_f]Isobel[/name_f] [name_f]Yvonne[/name_f], nn [name_f]Belle[/name_f]. Which is a fairly common name, but she’s named after my grandmother, so we made an exception My family is English and Scottish and mu husbands is English and [name_m]German[/name_m].
All of your choices are pretty! The two names that stand out to me are [name_f]Esme[/name_f] and [name_f]Elowen[/name_f]. I would suggest [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] [name_f]Ivy[/name_f]. I think it goes well with [name_f]Isobel[/name_f] [name_f]Yvonne[/name_f].
Thank you! I love [name_f]Elowen[/name_f]…my only problem with using it as a first name is that we have an [name_f]Ellie[/name_f] in our immediate family and it would sound too similar I feel.
Hubby has said his favorites so far are [name_f]Lydia[/name_f] [name_f]Neve[/name_f] and [name_f]Esme[/name_f] [name_f]Violet[/name_f]…would still like other suggestions…First name to go with [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] as a middle?
I like [name_f]Lydia[/name_f] [name_f]Iris[/name_f], [name_f]Eleanora[/name_f] [name_u]Ruby[/name_u], and [name_f]Esme[/name_f] [name_u]Bryn[/name_u] a LOT. The others are fine too. I’m not a big fan of [name_f]Lydia[/name_f] but I do think [name_f]Lydia[/name_f] [name_f]Neve[/name_f] is beautiful.
I love [name_f]Eleanore[/name_f] [name_f]Violet[/name_f] is beautiful too but I think it would also have a problem as [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] that it’s too close to [name_f]Ellie[/name_f].
[name_f]Esme[/name_f] is my favorite and I like all your combos.
