How fun! I’ve been name crazy since 4, since before I could write, when I named dozens of baby dolls!
[name_f]My[/name_f] name notebooks through the years also number in the dozens!
I’ll go back to the first 5 dolls I named, then the first 5 names I wrote down, then my current 5.
First dolls: [name_f]Samantha[/name_f] [name_f]Jolene[/name_f] (Sami Jo), [name_f]Stephanie[/name_f] [name_f]Carola[/name_f] (Stephie C.), (Christy Kay), (Suzy Lynn) and china dolls brought back from Great [name_u]Britain[/name_u] for me from my uncle: Englandy [name_u]Anne[/name_u] and [name_u]Britain[/name_u] [name_f]Faye[/name_f]
First on paper at age 9: [name_f]Wellesley[/name_f], [name_u]Adair[/name_u], [name_f]Francesca[/name_f], [name_u]Channing[/name_u], [name_u]Fallon[/name_u]
(We named our daughter Wellsley)
Today from my personal top 50, the top 5, revisited and updated a few weeks ago:
[name_f]Sabina[/name_f], [name_u]Sweden[/name_u], [name_m]Fleming[/name_m], [name_f]Tatiana[/name_f], Eilith (straight from the list in order, but I would not repeat letters), so
[name_f]Sabina[/name_f], [name_m]Fleming[/name_m], [name_f]Tatiana[/name_f], Eilith, [name_u]Matisse[/name_u]
or
[name_u]Sweden[/name_u], [name_m]Fleming[/name_m] [name_f]Tatiana[/name_f], Eilith, [name_u]Matisse[/name_u]
Interestingly, after all these years and edits, currently [name_u]Adair[/name_u] is at number 7 (from the very first name list I ever wrote) and [name_u]England[/name_u] (doll named Englandy longgg ago) at number 8. The more things change, the more they stay the same!
