I like [name_f]Alexa[/name_f] and [name_f]Camille[/name_f]. Not fond of the others. Also, if you name her [name_f]Melania[/name_f], she will get endless Trump references forever. Regardless of your politics, not sure it’s worth it.

I don’t think Trump references are inevitable with [name_f]Melania[/name_f], but it depends on what country you live in. Presidents last 8 years at most, right? So, even if Trump is in the international news every day of his presidency, I doubt kids outside the USA will be paying much attention to his wife. If you live in a country where [name_f]Melania[/name_f] is common or traditional, I think you shouldn’t let that association stop you.
If you live in the USA, though, it might be a bit much. If it’s a family name (or if it’s important to you to honour Knauss-Trump or another [name_f]Melania[/name_f]), I’d suggest keeping it as a middle name and/or considering [name_f]Melanie[/name_f], [name_f]Melinda[/name_f], [name_f]Milena[/name_f] or [name_f]Milana[/name_f].
