Name Change??

I have hated my name since I was 4 years old according to my mother
I just ha t e it and theres no good nicknames I could use!
I live in Europe, Greece to be exact and I am 17 years old
So I wanted to ask:

  1. [name_m]How[/name_m] can I change my name legally? [name_m]How[/name_m] long would it take and how much money would it need? Would it be easier to just add a middle name than to change my first name or would it be just as hard?
    OR
  2. I am planning to move to Denmark/Norway for college (forever), would it be easier to change my name there or would it be impossible for a while since I would not be considered a citizen? Would it still be better to wait till im considered a Danish/Norwegian citizen to change my name than to have to go through the process of changing it here as a minor?
    Any advice would be appreciated!!!
