Time Period: 2582
Location: So there’s basically two societies. Acron, which is a bubble city-state system in the sky, and the Unknown, which is where the majority of the story will take place. It’s on [name_f]Earth[/name_f] on the ground but is virtually unknown to the people of Acron, hence the name. It’s where prisoners are sent and where the character I need a name for is from.
What happened: Around 2200, scientists from [name_f]Russia[/name_f] were experimenting with animals, trying to speed up the evolution process. Things went terribly wrong when their serum was administered in a highly concentrated amount (and there was LOTS of it) so the animals started evolving before the scientists’ eyes. The animals escaped and started killing everyone around them, and so the people of [name_f]Earth[/name_f] bonded together to move to the sky. The [name_f]Earth[/name_f] was left to the prisoners and wrongdoers of Acron, led by the second main character’s ancestors.
What is society like now:Around two million of [name_f]Earth[/name_f]’s people moved to Acron. Everyone else was either left behind with the animals because there wasn’t room on Acron or killed by the animals. There is a population of around 20,000 on [name_f]Earth[/name_f], living in small “clans” that do not know the other clans exist. All of [name_f]Earth[/name_f]’s former countries came together, and mixed-race people are not an uncommon sight. The leader of Acron, Evandrus [name_m]Carlos[/name_m] Groves, is in charge of all the multiple city-states of Acron. He is a terrible, cruel leader. Our main character, [name_f]Cassandra[/name_f] “[name_f]Cassie[/name_f]” [name_f]Alice[/name_f] [name_f]Floria[/name_f], was sent to the Unknown for reasons that will be explained under “Brief Plot”. She was stripped of her last name and is now known simply as [name_f]Cassie[/name_f].
What are the naming laws: None, really, for this character. The people of the Unknown generally name their children however they want, but Acron’s naming laws are more strict. In Acron, first names for commoners (everyone except the leader) must begin with a consonant (e.g. [name_f]Cassandra[/name_f]) and cannot be virtue names, however, our character we need named does not follow these rules as she was born in the Unknown.

Character Description: She’s about 11. She is the younger sister of [name_u]America[/name_u], so I need a name that fits that. She’s pretty rebellious.
Brief Plot: [name_f]Cassandra[/name_f] and [name_u]America[/name_u] share the point of views in this story. [name_f]Cassandra[/name_f], a 14-year-old girl born and raised in Acron, is framed to have traitorous materials and information and therefore is sent to the Unknown. There, [name_u]America[/name_u] and our unnamed character must survive and try to bring down the totalitarian government along with [name_f]Cassandra[/name_f].
Who named the character: The character’s mother, a rebellious citizen of the Unknown (formerly Acron). Her rebellious tendencies brought her to name her children Old American, patriotic names.

They all seem out of place next to [name_u]America[/name_u], which is more of a feminine name. All of the above are unisex and seem boyish to me. (not that that’s a bad thing, I just want something feminine)
