i will be having my 4th little girl in december and need help finding a unique name to go with my other three. her sisters’ names are [name]Ella[/name], [name]Livia[/name] and [name]Sela[/name].
i know that they all end in “A,” but it wasn’t at all planned…i just LOVED all three of those names. now, i feel like i have to have the 4th end in an “A,” but i don’t have a 4th name i love. i don’t want a name that starts with an “E” “L” or “S”. here are some of our ideas right now, but i’m not sold on any of them…any help or ideas would be so much appreciated!!!
[name]Maia[/name]- (pronounced [name]May[/name]-a)
[name]Violet[/name]
[name]Ava[/name] (i think too common now)
[name]Isla[/name]
[name]Myla[/name]
[name]Milla[/name]
[name]Mara[/name]
[name]Ella[/name], [name]Livia[/name], [name]Sela[/name] and …
[name]Maia[/name] - although I automatically pronounce this one my-a, I think it is very pretty either way.
[name]Violet[/name] - a lovely vintage floral choice, but rising in popularity, so if that bothers you, you might want to stay away from it.
[name]Ava[/name] - very popular, but still a simple yet pretty choice. It just depends on whether the popularity would bother you or not. The very similar [name]Ada[/name] is an alternative.
[name]Isla[/name] - lovely! Climbing the popularity charts, but nowhere near too popular yet.
[name]Myla[/name] - quite pretty; isn’t this the name of a lingerie company, though?
[name]Milla[/name] - very sweet!
I think, if you want to avoid future popularity, that [name]Maia[/name] or [name]Milla[/name] would definitely be your best bet. [name]Both[/name] are lovely names.

I have to say, [name]Ella[/name] and [name]Sela[/name] are already so close, I think you should stay away from other really similar names like [name]Isla[/name] and [name]Mila[/name] and [name]Kyla[/name]. [name]Ella[/name] and [name]Isla[/name] particularly sound almost exactly alike. [name]Maia[/name] is compatible yet distinct. [name]Livia[/name] and [name]Violet[/name] are different enough but feel somewhat like anagrams of each other.
I think it’s a good idea to avoid E, S, and L as first initials and probably names heavy on the L sound. You seem to favor simple names that end in A which is a great way to go. Some ideas of names that are distinct and a bit more unusual are:
[name]Anya[/name]
[name]Ada[/name]
[name]Cara[/name]
[name]Cora[/name]
[name]Nora[/name]
[name]Tessa[/name]
[name]Gemma[/name]
[name]India[/name]
[name]Zara[/name]
Like any of those?
Hmmm some could be:
[name]Alaina[/name]
[name]Allyssa[/name]
[name]Maria[/name]
[name]Kara[/name]
[name]Tessa[/name]
[name]Alexandr/namea
Morticia
[name]Viola[/name]
[name]Alexa[/name]
[name]Love[/name] ya,
[name]Bella[/name]
Since [name]Ava[/name] is quite popular, maybe you might like [name]Aviva[/name] (ah VEE vah) and you could use [name]Ava[/name] as a nickname ??
[name]Just[/name] a suggestion : D
