[name_m]Moss[/name_m] would fit in with the wordy, unusual kind of vibe, it’s so cute but not in the traditional way that snuggles & biscuits & mittens are it’s quirkily cute and I love that.
[name_f]My[/name_f] vote is for [name_m]Griff[/name_m]! Distinctive but pairs well!

I like Griff! It complements and balances the other names (they all have own starting and ending letters) and it’s a great name for a dog - the meaning is superb. Moss if you want to keep the word names but I think Griff is better to yell out at the park. Maybe even Griffin nn Griff to keep the syllable counts the same. I like Otis but it’s too much a dog name for me, and Murphy doesn’t seem to relate as much to the others, plus the repeat Y ending isn’t a plus for me when means one doesn’t have it. I say go for Griff!
[name_f]My[/name_f] partner has decided he isn’t so keen on [name_m]Moss[/name_m], but I quite like the idea of sticking to the ‘things’ name theme - I’m just finding it hard for boys names.
Probably worth adding that he is a white dog and that we will also be getting a male rescue cat in about 6 weeks (crazy, I know) who will also need a name.
