Name for an only child.

[name_f]Hope[/name_f] you are all safe and well. Due to all my free time, I’ve started planning a new story set in the 1990s/early 2000s.

I’ve planned all of the family’s names so far:

Great grandparents: [name_m]Charles[/name_m]-Francois and [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] [name_u]Rousseau[/name_u] adopted a son whom they named [name_m]Edouard[/name_m]. [name_m]Edouard[/name_m] married a woman named [name_f]Odette[/name_f] Beranger, they had two children named [name_m]Victor[/name_m] and [name_f]Juliette[/name_f]. [name_m]Victor[/name_m] married [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_m]Emile[/name_m]. Together, they have four children: [name_m]Edmond[/name_m], [name_f]Marie[/name_f]-[name_f]Helene[/name_f], [name_m]Christian[/name_m], and [name_f]Viviane[/name_f].

MC is the only daughter of [name_f]Viviane[/name_f] born in 1980. [name_f]Viviane[/name_f] is an art student and model when she has her daughter. She had a one night stand with a man when she was visiting [name_u]London[/name_u] but she had her daughter in [name_f]France[/name_f]. Her mother is a drug user so MC has been passed around all of her mother’s family during most of her childhood. Her mother has a very Bohemian, Hippy vibe that her family deeply disapproves of.

In the end, she names her daughter [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] after her mother, which upsets her brother because he also has a daughter named [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f], to assuage her brother, her mother calls her [name_f]Coco[/name_f] which MC hates.

I’m looking for a Bohemian, Hippy [name_m]French[/name_m]-style name for her middle name and then a name she picks herself.

[name_f]Delphine[/name_f]

For her Bohemian, Hippy middle name but I’m not in love with them. I thought about [name_f]Isadora[/name_f], but again I’m not sure.

MC is a science and history nerd so maybe a historical name of a female scientist.

[name_f]Viviane[/name_f]'s daughter, she is MC. I like a lot of your suggestions. I find [name_f]Bijou[/name_f] to be very interesting. I may go for that. Weirdly enough, I can see that on her as MC’s mother isn’t really the traditional sort.
