My favorite with [name_f]Rachel[/name_f], [name_m]Gabriel[/name_m], and [name_f]Noelle[/name_f] is [name_u]August[/name_u]. My second choice would be [name_m]Levi[/name_m]. I personally love [name_u]August[/name_u], [name_m]Levi[/name_m], and [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] (and [name_m]Bastian[/name_m], which I would also love with your set).
Well you have an -el ending sibset so anything that does’t end in -el feels left out to me. I think [name_u]Michael[/name_u] might be the best choice with the siblings since you’ve already established a theme (two’s a coincidence, three’s a pattern, at least to me).
It also fits the biblical theme of [name_f]Rachel[/name_f] and [name_m]Gabriel[/name_m].

the -el thing was sort of an accident- and we don’t really want it to continue : ) we actually also really like the name [name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m], but it’s just too much.
the biblical thing is an accident too! but oh well! it was so much easier to name the first ones when i didn’t worry so much about it all “going together”
[name_u]August[/name_u] would be my first impulse.
All of them will go nicely with your children, but I think [name_u]Michael[/name_u] or [name_m]Levi[/name_m] would fit best with [name_f]Rachel[/name_f], [name_m]Gabriel[/name_m] and [name_f]Noelle[/name_f].
