This is my first time asking for name suggestions on a forum and I am SUPER EXCITED My DH and I just found out that we’re expecting our fourth child in [name_u]March[/name_u] of 2018 and we couldn’t be more thrilled! We already have three girls so we may or may not be kind of hoping for a boy :lol: We live in the foothills of the Shenandoah [name_f]Valley[/name_f]; we love the mountains <3 We have a small farmette and family is first in our book. We love the country, God, and the outdoors! Southern and Appalachian style names are our fave <3
Our last name has -an at the very end so I’m not sure that names like Jackson, Sullivan, Joann, etc would work as a whole name. Thoughts?
For little ladies we love double barrel names. Our three daughters have them and it’s so cute! For middle names Mae, Jean, and Rose are already taken. Currently I’m obsessed with the names Charlotte, Sadie, and Colby
For the little gentleman, we want some strong masculine names!!! I’m digging on Maverick, Dustin, and Jackson right now.
Y’all, pleaseeee let me know of any other names that sound good. I’m also open to any opinions you may have! I just want to be able to go to my DH with a longggg list of names. Thanks in advance!

But how do you feel about the nickname [name_u]Dusty[/name_u]? I feel that it may be unavoidable so if you don’t like it, it may rule out [name_u]Dustin[/name_u].
I’m afraid I’m not big on [name_m]Maverick[/name_m].

[name_m]Rhett[/name_m] is an awesome, awesome name…BUT I thought we were done having babies and I loved the name so much that I named our rooster [name_m]Rhett[/name_m] So I feel like it would be super weird to name a little boy [name_m]Rhett[/name_m] because of that. Hahaha
What about [name_m]Rustin[/name_m]/[name_m]Ruston[/name_m]? This has a similar feel to other boys’ names that you like!
For your girls, I think [name_f]Sadie[/name_f] is adorable and would make a great double-barreled name. I’m from the South, so I [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] double names. [name_f]Sadie[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f], [name_f]Sadie[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f], and [name_f]Sadie[/name_f] [name_u]Reese[/name_u] stand out to me.
