Lia-This is definitely the best w/your ln. It’s sweet & soft but spunky. Simple & kind & grows up well. I like [name_f]Lia[/name_f] [name_f]Lu[/name_f]!
Iris-This just doesn’t have a pretty sound in my opinion, but it’s a cool vintage name w/lovely floral imagery. I do think that [name_f]Iris[/name_f] [name_m]Richardson[/name_m] is a bit of a tongue twister.
River-Also tough w/your ln, & too boyish in my opinion.
Skye-I love [name_u]Skye[/name_u]. It’s my favorite from your list. It’s unique but simple. Feminine but sleek & not fussy. And it has beautiful imagery because the sky is pretty majestic, right?! [name_u]Skye[/name_u] Wen or [name_u]Skye[/name_u] [name_f]Lu[/name_f] are good. I think that [name_u]Skye[/name_u] Wen is the best. [name_u]Skye[/name_u] [name_m]Richardson[/name_m] isn’t as good as [name_f]Lia[/name_f] [name_m]Richardson[/name_m], but it’s not awful.
Sage-Wow, you ln is tricky! I don’t love this flow either. [name_u]Sage[/name_u] is okay. I want to like it, but just not into the sound.
Hazel-Hazel is kind of cool & vintage. It’s pretty popular, but a nice name. I like [name_u]Hazel[/name_u] Wen.

I love [name_f]Iris[/name_f] but I agree with a PP that [name_f]Iris[/name_f] and [name_u]River[/name_u] are both a bit tricky with your surname.
[name_u]Hazel[/name_u] [name_m]Richardson[/name_m] works really well to me! [name_f]Lia[/name_f] is nice enough and sounds fine with the surname but I think it would be misspelled constantly because I’m much more familiar with the [name_f]Leah[/name_f] spelling (though maybe that’s less an issue where you live).
[name_f]Iris[/name_f] [name_f]Lu[/name_f] sounds very pretty! And I love how if you take meanings, it’s rainbow dew.
I’d rule out shorter names & 1 syllable names because of looks and flow.
