Name for my daughter: Top 13

Alright, I have already posted a name list here like 2 or 3 times but I keep revamping it. My daughter is due [name]August[/name] 29 and I still have no clear favorite. I am mostly looking for first impression opinions, but suggestions are welcome if you are feeling creative : ) Unless otherwise stated, the middle name will be [name]Marie[/name]. So, here goes:

[name]Eden[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Marie[/name]
[name]Rory[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Marie[/name]
[name]Zoey[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Marie[/name]
[name]Amelia[/name] ([name]Mia[/name])
[name]Beatrix[/name] ([name]Bea[/name])
[name]Calais[/name] ([name]Cally[/name])
[name]Emmeline[/name] ([name]Emme[/name])
[name]Olivia[/name] ([name]Liv[/name])

Ok, that is it.

I love [name]Eden[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Marie[/name] and [name]Adelaide[/name] [name]Marie[/name]!

My favorites are:
[name]Beatrix[/name] [name]Marie[/name] “[name]Bea[/name]”
[name]Emmeline[/name] [name]Marie[/name] “[name]Emme[/name]”
[name]Adelaide[/name] [name]Marie[/name]
[name]Ivy[/name] - I’m not sure about the flow of [name]Ivy[/name] [name]Marie[/name], but [name]Ivy[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Marie[/name] would be lovely.
[name]Iris[/name] [name]Marie[/name] - I would usually pair [name]Iris[/name] with a longer middle name, but [name]Iris[/name] [name]Marie[/name] works…

Good luck!

My favorites are

[name]Gemma[/name] - but not sure with [name]Marie[/name] - the ma ma runs together too much for my liking

Good luck!

[name]Iris[/name] above any others.

Wow, I actually like your whole list, except for one. I would remove [name]Analeigh[/name] from the list. I think the teasing factor for that one is just too high. And I agree that [name]Gemma[/name] [name]Marie[/name] runs together a bit.

[name]Love[/name]: [name]Beatrix[/name], [name]Adelaide[/name] (love it by itself, love [name]Heidi[/name] as a nickname, seriously dislike [name]Addie[/name] as a nickname), [name]Ivy[/name], [name]Iris[/name]
Like: [name]Eden[/name] ([name]Edie[/name] as a nickname makes it a love), [name]Zoey[/name] (although I like [name]Zoe[/name] much more), [name]Amelia[/name], [name]Olivia[/name] (unfortuantely uber popular though)
Indifferent: [name]Gemma[/name]
Dislike: [name]Rory[/name] (Much better for a boy), [name]Calais[/name], [name]Emmeline[/name], [name]Analeigh[/name]

[name]Dani[/name]! Now I’m thinking that- [name]Eden[/name], [name]Zoey[/name] and [name]Rory[/name] would be such a great sib-set! Er! [name]How[/name] am I suppose to choose?

[name]Gemma[/name] would also go well and is my favorite ‘free-floater’, oh, and [name]Iris[/name], and [name]Olivia[/name] is my fav top ten name, [name]Beatrix[/name] is on my list, so is [name]Ivy[/name], and [name]Calais[/name] would be such an interesting mn, that’s it, your list is too good for your own good! I say name her whatever you want, I will be jumping up and down when I see your decision, no matter what!

[name]Bella[/name] <3

[name]Eden[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Marie[/name] - I love this! [name]Eden[/name] is delightful
[name]Rory[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Marie[/name] - [name]Rory[/name] on its own sounds quite masculine. Have you considered [name]Aurora[/name] (nn [name]Rory[/name])?
[name]Zoey[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Marie[/name] - Cute but not my favourite of your list.
[name]Amelia[/name] ([name]Mia[/name]) - I get a bit tongue tied with [name]Amelia[/name] [name]Marie[/name]! [name]Mia[/name] [name]Marie[/name] is a bit matchy also. However, I [name]LOVE[/name] [name]Amelia[/name] and [name]Mia[/name] both, would you consider [name]Amelia[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Marie[/name]? That flows a bit better to me.
[name]Beatrix[/name] ([name]Bea[/name]) - [name]Beatrix[/name] [name]Marie[/name] definitely flows better than [name]Bea[/name] [name]Marie[/name]!
[name]Calais[/name] ([name]Cally[/name]) - Ooh wow, how pretty! Where did you find this name? I love it!
[name]Emmeline[/name] ([name]Emme[/name]) - Stunning. [name]Emmeline[/name] [name]Marie[/name] is an amazing combination.
[name]Olivia[/name] ([name]Liv[/name]) - I love [name]Olivia[/name], but it’s so popular. I don’t know if you’re trying to stay away from that or not, but [name]Olivia[/name] [name]Marie[/name] sounds like a name that thousands of girls would have these days. Perhaps adding [name]Elizabeth[/name] as a second middle would help?
[name]Adelaide[/name] - Very pretty
[name]Analeigh[/name] - [name]Analeigh[/name] [name]Marie[/name] is wayyyy too rhymey for my tastes!
[name]Gemma[/name] - I’m not a fan of the ma-ma in [name]GemMA[/name] [name]MArie[/name], although I really love [name]Gemma[/name].
[name]Ivy[/name] - [name]Ivy[/name] [name]Marie[/name] is perfection. I love it!
[name]Iris[/name] - I like it, but not as much as [name]Ivy[/name].

My favourites for you:
[name]Ivy[/name] [name]Marie[/name]
[name]Emmeline[/name] [name]Marie[/name]
[name]Calais[/name] [name]Marie[/name]
[name]Eden[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Marie[/name]

Thank you all for your responses. I am feeling good about pretty much all the names now except for [name]Adelaide[/name], because I don’t like any of the nicknames for it. I am comfortable with pretty much all of them now that I have heard people’s opinions (including friends and family).

triceratops- I used to always think of [name]Rory[/name] as a boy’s name until I watched [name]Gilmore[/name] Girls (and no, that is not why I like it… I just love [name]Rory[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] together). So now it is a girl’s name to me.

spotlightstarlit- You are right, [name]Eden[/name] [name]Rory[/name] and [name]Zoey[/name] would be cute together. If I were having triplets that would be perfect, lol, but there is definitely only one in there.

delovely- I have considered [name]Aurora[/name]. It has always sounded so R heavy to me. Which I know is silly, cause [name]Rory[/name] is basically [name]Aurora[/name] minus one syllable. I first heard [name]Calais[/name] years ago on one of those shows about a woman having a baby- A [name]Baby[/name] [name]Story[/name] or something like that. I’ve always thought it was so pretty, and my husband and I really like the nn [name]Cally[/name], so it fits well

As you may have noticed, I kind of really like French/Frenchish names. It surprises me, cause I’ve never really cared for French as a language… but the names are so pretty!!

My due date is only 9 days away so hopefully we will know soon what little [name]Marie[/name]'s first name is
