Okay we are definitely going with [name_f]India[/name_f] [name_u]Marlowe[/name_u] [name_f]Pearl[/name_f] for our first girl. I’m not going to change it and I don’t want negative feed about naming my baby after a country. Our second baby name for our twins is either going to be [name_f]Violet[/name_f]. However, we are not sure. Two middle names is tradition so we will like two middle names.
any suggestions…i definitely want something similar but not too similar
Not sure if you like any of these but it was kind of fun!
[name_f]Violet[/name_f] [name_u]Harper[/name_u] [name_u]June[/name_u]
[name_f]Tallulah[/name_f] [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_u]Reese[/name_u]
[name_f]Luna[/name_f] [name_u]Larkin[/name_u] [name_f]Hope[/name_f]
[name_f]Adrienne[/name_f] [name_f]Hayley[/name_f] [name_u]Dove[/name_u]
[name_f]Cosima[/name_f] [name_u]Piper[/name_u] [name_f]Eve[/name_f]
[name_f]Audra[/name_f] [name_u]Madison[/name_u] [name_u]Blue[/name_u]
[name_f]Ramona[/name_f] [name_f]Sunday[/name_f] [name_f]Opal[/name_f]
I love [name_f]India[/name_f], and I love [name_f]Luna[/name_f]!
I think they look very sweet together. Personally, I feel both names are ‘modern’ despite their long history, so I think they’re on the same bar and a good sibset.
[name_m]How[/name_m] about…
[name_f]Jolie[/name_f] [name_f]Nova[/name_f] [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] (the initials are the following letters of [name_f]India[/name_f] [name_u]Marlowe[/name_u] [name_f]Pearl[/name_f]… I then J; M then N; P then Q)
[name_f]Scarlett[/name_f]
[name_f]Paloma[/name_f] [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] (it’s the inverse initials…not too sure about the combo itself, but I love the idea. You could fill it in with names you like. Idk I’m having a lot of fun with initials)
For what it’s worth, I love [name_f]India[/name_f]. It’s been used for years as a fn for girls, so it doesn’t fall under the trendy place-name category, [name_f]IMO[/name_f]. And I love [name_u]Marlowe[/name_u] and [name_f]Pearl[/name_f].
But, it’s such a beautiful name that finding a pairing is tricky. I see your challenge.
[name_f]Violet[/name_f] - [name_f]Indian[/name_f] [name_f]Violet[/name_f] is a type of tarantula, so I’d avoid that pairing. I think I’d also avoid any nature names for that reason, the pairing makes it sound like a description.
[name_f]Tallulah[/name_f] - very cute, but no wow-factor like [name_f]India[/name_f].
[name_f]Luna[/name_f] - strong name, my favourite of your three choices, but again, it makes the pairing descriptive - [name_f]Indian[/name_f] [name_f]Moon[/name_f].
[name_m]How[/name_m] about going with the NATO phonetic alphabet theme? A bit more subtle.
[name_f]India[/name_f] & [name_u]Sierra[/name_u]
[name_f]India[/name_f] & [name_f]Juliet[/name_f]
Or after a strong female figure?
[name_f]India[/name_f] & [name_f]Diana[/name_f]
[name_f]India[/name_f] & [name_f]Florence[/name_f]
[name_f]India[/name_f] & [name_u]Simone[/name_u]
[name_f]India[/name_f] is both classic and exotic.
