Name for Witch Villain

Hello, again!:cool:
This is just so tempting, I just had to ask the world of Nameberry another question! So, my main character, official title Witch [name_f]Hannah[/name_f], and her cat, [name_m]Tom[/name_m] need a villain. So, the villain’s cat has a name, I’m going with Gargoyle, because I thought it sounded awesome.
His master needs a name.:o
She’s very deceptive, appearing very hospitable and kindly. I don’t really want to talk about the plot, but she has a problem with Witch [name_f]Hannah[/name_f], because of a misunderstanding about [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] stealing her sister’s fame.

For some reason, I think of the name [name_f]Effie[/name_f], although I don’t like it very much.

If you’ve considered [name_f]Effie[/name_f], [name_f]Euphemia[/name_f] - the long form - might be a possibility. It sounds fairly witch-esque.

I like that!
I think I’ll probably go with that but maybe, for anybody else, any other suggestions I could consider before choosing? This character is just so hard to name!

I like the suggestion of [name_f]Desdemona[/name_f]. [name_f]Effie[/name_f] reminds me a lot of Hunger Games. Maybe too much, although [name_f]Euphemia[/name_f]'s great.
