Wondering on opinions on the names in my signature for our baby due in [name_u]December[/name_u]
Their older brother is called [name_u]Phoenix[/name_u] [name_u]Seth[/name_u]
We love
[name_f]Arwen[/name_f] [name_f]Mae[/name_f] (girl)
and
[name_u]Sawyer[/name_u] [name_u]Flynn[/name_u] or [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u] [name_m]Fox[/name_m] for a boy
I’m pleased to see [name_f]Arwen[/name_f]. It’s such a lovely, underused choice. I really like [name_u]Flynn[/name_u], but with [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u] I think I prefer [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u] [name_m]Fox[/name_m].
I think [name_f]Arwen[/name_f] [name_f]Mae[/name_f] and [name_m]Atlas[/name_m] [name_u]Flynn[/name_u] or [name_m]Atlas[/name_m] [name_m]Fox[/name_m] go nicely with [name_u]Phoenix[/name_u]. They are mythic names without being to matchy.
[name_f]Arwen[/name_f] and [name_u]Phoenix[/name_u] work well together so I’d go for that. [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u] seems pretty prosaic next to [name_u]Phoenix[/name_u] to me though. What about [name_m]Soren[/name_m] instead? [name_u]Phoenix[/name_u] and [name_m]Soren[/name_m] seem like a better sibset to me. [name_m]Soren[/name_m] [name_m]Fox[/name_m] is a good combo too.
I don’t think names have to match (in regards to [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u] not matching [name_u]Phoenix[/name_u]) it’s just my favourite boys name, my husband chose [name_u]Phoenix[/name_u] (and wants the new one to be [name_m]Atlas[/name_m] if it’s a boy) but I’m unsure
I’m glad people like [name_f]Arwen[/name_f] I was worried people would make fun of it (let’s face it there’s always someone who will)
