Name help please!

Hello! I’m currently 29 weeks pregnant and need some naming help!

This is my second, and the gender is a surprise, so we need 2 names!

We have a daughter called [name_f]Ava[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f], last name 3 syllables, starts with F. I’d loved [name_f]Ava[/name_f] for years before it was popular - slightly annoyed that it got so popular but in the end couldn’t part with it!

Here is our list so far (but very happy for new suggestions).
Girls:
[name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]
[name_u]Emerson[/name_u] [name_f]Ivy[/name_f]
[name_f]Imogen[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]

([name_m]Don[/name_m]'t have a good family name for girl middle so will just go with something that we like.)

Boys:
[name_m]Benjamin[/name_m] [name_m]Travis[/name_m]
[name_m]Archer[/name_m] [name_u]Michael[/name_u]
[name_m]William[/name_m] [name_u]Michael[/name_u]
([name_m]Travis[/name_m] and [name_u]Michael[/name_u] are both family names)

What do you think? Any there you think go with [name_f]Ava[/name_f] well?

Thank you so much in advance.

I think of the girls [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is the best combo. It has a similar feel to [name_f]Ava[/name_f], is a gorgeous name, and is the least popular of all of the names, which, as a set, frees up [name_f]Ava[/name_f] a bit. [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is classic, but I’ve always adored the combo [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] [name_f]Lark[/name_f].

[name_m]Archer[/name_m] [name_u]Michael[/name_u] is another combo I really like; the other two feel very classic while [name_f]Ava[/name_f] is modern, and [name_m]Archer[/name_m] [name_u]Michael[/name_u] has a modern yet not ultra-trendy vibe.

[name_f]Love[/name_f] [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]! It’s absolutely gorgeous and sounds fantastic with [name_f]Ava[/name_f]. For boys, I like [name_m]Archer[/name_m] [name_u]Michael[/name_u] the best. I adore alliteration with names, and the nickname [name_m]Archie[/name_m] is so cute.

[name_m]Benjamin[/name_m] [name_m]Travis[/name_m] is sooo handsome. That gets my vote for boys. [name_f]Ava[/name_f] & [name_m]Benji[/name_m] would be cute.

For girls, I think [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] is long next to [name_f]Ava[/name_f], and if you end up calling her [name_f]Vivie[/name_f], it’s too similar to [name_f]Ava[/name_f]. I like the flow of [name_u]Emerson[/name_u] [name_f]Ivy[/name_f], but again [name_u]Emerson[/name_u] is long next to [name_f]Ava[/name_f], and different in style being unisex. So my vote is for [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] (though I think [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] [name_f]Faye[/name_f] or [name_f]Faith[/name_f] would be even prettier).

Thank you for your replies! Great suggestions.

Another question, does anyone think it matters having [name_m]Archer[/name_m] as a first name when our last name ends in er?

[name_f]Imogen[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is definitely the best with [name_f]Ava[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f].

I really love both [name_m]Archer[/name_m] [name_u]Michael[/name_u] & [name_m]William[/name_m] [name_u]Michael[/name_u].
