Name ideas for no. 3

Hi baby namers. We are thinking of TTC no. 3 soon.
We currently have a [name_f]Millicent[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] ([name_f]Millie[/name_f]) and [name_m]Thomas[/name_m] [name_m]Gordon[/name_m] ([name_m]Tom[/name_m]).
For a future boy we like [name_u]George[/name_u] [name_m]William[/name_m] or [name_m]Frederick[/name_m] [name_m]John[/name_m]. However, so stuck on girls names. Any ideas??

Last name is [name_u]Barrett[/name_u] and we are in Australia if that makes any difference.

For middle names we use family names, so some options (in order of preference) are [name_f]Susanne[/name_f]/Susanna, [name_f]Alice[/name_f], [name_f]Ann[/name_f], [name_f]Margaret[/name_f].

We also like names with cute nicknames but also open to all suggestions. We have a few on our list but nothing that seems to be ‘the one’ so I will wait and see what you clever people come up with before sharing our list!

Thanks

How do you feel about another name beginning with M, would you consider it if it was otherwise
dissimilar to [name_f]Millicent[/name_f]?

Thank you! I actually really like [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] but I am turned off by the fact that there are two possible pronunciations. [name_f]Harriet[/name_f] I also love but too close to the surname which will be [name_u]Barrett[/name_u]. And [name_f]Florence[/name_f] is also great but I think maybe too ‘rhymey’ with our son [name_m]Thomas[/name_m].
Of your suggestions I think [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] is my favourite!

Thank you for your help! Great list
I like quite a few. I really like [name_f]Annabelle[/name_f] but hubby vetoed cos [name_f]Annie[/name_f] rhymes with his name and he thinks it will be confusing!
I really like [name_f]Josephine[/name_f], nn [name_u]Joey[/name_u]. And I like [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] a lot but not sure if I like ‘[name_u]Penny[/name_u]’ as a nickname…
I LOVE [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] and this was on our list for [name_f]Millicent[/name_f], but I think we would use [name_f]Evie[/name_f] as a nickname and that is a very common name where we live so we decided against it.

And yes I would consider another M name if we really liked it. However it wouldn’t be my ideal choice.

There’s also nn options of [name_f]Poppy[/name_f], [name_f]Nel[/name_f] and [name_u]Nelly[/name_u] if any of those float your boat better

I’m glad you like some of these suggestions.

Thank you! I think [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] (nn [name_f]Lottie[/name_f]) is going to the top of my list at the moment. I love it. But my only concern is that [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] is really popular where we live so that ruins it slightly. However [name_m]Thomas[/name_m] is also quite common and we still went with that cos he loved it, so it’s not a deal breaker!
I also like [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f], but not the nickname [name_f]Lizzie[/name_f]. Maybe nickname [name_f]Betty[/name_f] would be cute.

Thank you for suggestions. I LOVE [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u], but we’d use [name_f]Evie[/name_f] as a nickname and it’s quite common where we live so that turns me off a bit. Still it’s on the list!

I love [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] but that is what we call their grandpa so probably have to rule that out. [name_f]Nell[/name_f] could be cute
