Have you ever had names randomly pop up in dreams? I had a dream last night that I had a friend a named [name_f]Valentina[/name_f].
I never remember names I don’t think…usually just what’s going on haha, or parts anyways!
I had a dream a couple weeks ago that I decided to name a future daughter [name_f]Angela[/name_f]. I have never really had any interest in the name [name_f]Angela[/name_f] before, so it was odd for it to pop up like that in my dream!
A few weeks ago, i saw in a dream that i had a dd named [name_f]Lulu[/name_f], so i decided to add [name_u]Lou[/name_u]/[name_f]Lu[/name_f] to my list.
The most bizarre name dream for me was when i saw that i had a son named [name_f]Marianne[/name_f], and then in my dream i decided to make it more unique by multiple the ns… lol
Once I dreamed of naming my twins Bobba and Lucilleashley, lol!
Recently (since I joined Nameberry- coincidence?) I’ve dreamed about naming babies [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] [name_f]Charity[/name_f] and [name_u]Finlay[/name_u] [name_m]Richard[/name_m]. And these were on two different occasions!
I once had a dream where I was pregnant with a little girl and I asked my mom to help me name her. She suggested names her and I both hate! That’s the only dream I remember having about names. I’ve had instances where I would wake up in the morning and a name would pop in my head. A few of them have ended up on my short list.
The last dream I remember was a few months ago. I had had a sweet little redheaded baby and was struggling to name her. After some serious debating I ended up choosing Sif. I loved that it seemed earthy and delicate and was the perfect way to honor my father and brother, both [name_m]Joseph[/name_m], without using [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] since [name_m]Joseph[/name_m] was [name_m]Alasdair[/name_m]'s middle name. I’ve fallen for the name because of that dream and would gladly use it.
