Name Kate's 7-year-old sister!

The plot is that after a nuclear war, the world is basically really horrible. My MC, [name_f]Kate[/name_f], meets a boy (named [name_m]Cove[/name_m]–yes, I’ve posted about this book before) and they try to start a rebellion against a corrupt government, all while protecting [name_m]Jack[/name_m], a 10-year-old urchin, and (unnamed), [name_f]Kate[/name_f]'s little sister.
Who named the sisters: Their parents, who wanted to remember the past but not get in trouble under the new regime.
I’ve considered: Azula “[name_u]Blue[/name_u]”, but I think the nickname is too hard to explain in the story.

I really would like a cute but not frilly name with a short nickname for this character.
