I actually know a young boy with this name! Not sure how he spells it (it might be Westie) but it’s his full name and I think it’s really sweet.
And this stormy day I’m thinking about the bold, strong, and sweet Thora 
I knew a girl with this name growing up but I’m finally being able to see it as more than a “one person name” (to clarify, she was very nice! I just don’t usually like names I associate too strongly with one person
