I voted for [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] as it has the best flow, but all three seem odd in the potential sibling set as they are very different.

[name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] is a gorgeous name.

I like all three options but put in the sibset I prefer [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] [name_u]Quinn[/name_u].

Dayden & [name_m]Gavin[/name_m] both end in n.
So I would go with a name that ends in t to go with [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f]. Since [name_f]Violet[/name_f] and [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] can both be seen as colors, I went with [name_f]Juliet[/name_f].
