I’m actually 99% sure I pronounced [name_f]Maelle[/name_f] wrong because the double L sound in [name_u]French[/name_u] is very tricky but I’m glad you liked it

No problem! I’ve heard it pronounced that way before, but I can’t remember what the context was.

how I did it was recorded it on https://online-voice-recorder.com/ and then pressed save. It is automatically saved to your sound files. Then you just click this
and select the file.

I pronounced them mostly the [name_m]Dutch[/name_m] way, But some that aren’t known here the [name_f]English[/name_f] or [name_u]French[/name_u] way.

I did have one question - in [name_f]Scotland[/name_f], would you pronounce the different spellings of [name_u]Carey[/name_u]/Carrie/Kerry/Kari/Keri/etc. differently? I ask because I noticed that you pronounced [name_u]Carey[/name_u] differently from [name_f]Caroline[/name_f].
And the reason that my list went so long is because it was a combination of all the other posters’ lists (including my own) to that point - sorry!

Thank you for liking my accent! It’s the curious result of being half Weegie and half Yorkshire 
[name_m]Don[/name_m]'t worry about the length – I was a little too tired to check where the lists came from so I just did the most recent ones without much research
As for the differences, yes those are definitely different sounds. I’ve tried to demonstrate, hopefully it’s clear
