Name Spelling

I think we’ve agreed on [name_f]Brylee[/name_f] [name_f]Nicole[/name_f]…sort of!

We both like [name_f]Brylee[/name_f] and we think that spelling goes well with [name_u]Hayden[/name_u]. We really don’t like [name_u]Briley[/name_u], but we are worried that people will always assume that’s how it spelled.

[name_m]How[/name_m] would you spell it?

We also like [name_f]Brylie[/name_f] but dislike [name_f]Bryleigh[/name_f].

I like [name_u]Briley[/name_u] the most, and [name_f]Brylie[/name_f] would be my second. I think [name_f]Brylie[/name_f] may fit better with [name_u]Hayden[/name_u], [name_f]IMO[/name_f].

Ha! Unfortunately, I prefer [name_u]Briley[/name_u] too. But [name_f]Brylie[/name_f] is nice, and I think it matches [name_u]Hayden[/name_u] better than [name_f]Brylee[/name_f]. No matter how you spell it, she’s going to have to spell it out sometimes—the curse of a name that ends with the long E sound. (I know from experience!)

[name_u]Briley[/name_u] for me as well. -ee names are a peeve of mine though.

I think for an alternate spelling, I would go with [name_f]Brylie[/name_f] over [name_f]Brylee[/name_f]. Still looks nice alongside [name_u]Hayden[/name_u], but looks better alongside [name_f]Nicole[/name_f] than [name_f]Brylee[/name_f].
