Exactly, think about all of the men in the past who took things woman created and claimed them as their ownđ.
Not really, but I feel like if I used [name_u]Julian[/name_u] my dad would constantly bring up a local company. Iâm pretty sure the companyâs been around longer than I have though, so itâs not technically stealing haha. Iâm not old enough for my friends to be having kids yet though, so thereâs not really anyone who can steal from me.
Personally, Iâm over the idea of âstealing namesâ or names that are âtoo popularâ. If I like a name, then I like it. If another person and I end up with kids who have the same names? Well, look at us and our great taste.
I feel the pull of both sides. But I have found that since having my daughter I always want to suggest her name to other people because itâs such a great name! Why wouldnât I want people to acknowledge the awesomeness of her name? Imitation is the highest form of flattery, right?
My sister stole the name [name_m]Westen[/name_m] from me. I havenât had a baby, but she has 3. [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] [name_f]Mae[/name_f], [name_m]Westen[/name_m] [name_u]Lawrence[/name_u], and [name_m]William[/name_m] [name_m]Vincent[/name_m].
