Name suggestions for Hazel's sister

I have a daughter, [name_f]Hazel[/name_f], and am expecting my first biological child towards the end of [name_u]July[/name_u]. I had been set on using [name_m]William[/name_m] [name_m]Atlas[/name_m] for a boy, [name_u]Billy[/name_u] for short, but I’ll be having a girl instead. I have never been very good with girl names to be honest, so a friend referred me to this site.

I travel a lot for a living and have lived in many countries, so I would like a name similar to [name_m]Atlas[/name_m] in that it has a connection to maps, geography and travel. [name_m]Don[/name_m]'t know if that is possible… If it helps, my [name_f]Hazel[/name_f]'s middle name is [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] which in some sources derives from the Latin Viatrix (voyager).

I like names that are simple and uncommon or well-recognized and traditional.

Thank you in advance for the help!

What are some of your favorite cities or places that you’ve visited? Maybe that would help narrow down name options a bit?

[name_f]Emily[/name_f] [name_f]Odessa[/name_f]
[name_f]Isla[/name_f] [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f]
[name_f]Lila[/name_f] [name_f]Savannah[/name_f]
[name_f]Linnea[/name_f] [name_f]Avalon[/name_f]
[name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] [name_f]Delta[/name_f]
[name_f]Cora[/name_f] [name_f]Sienna[/name_f]

My first thought was [name_f]Rose[/name_f]…typical middle, I know, but bear with me. [name_f]Rose[/name_f] des vents is [name_m]French[/name_m] for compass!

I also love the pp’s idea of using place names. Maybe [name_f]Petra[/name_f], [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f], [name_f]Aurora[/name_f], [name_f]Florence[/name_f], [name_f]Geneva[/name_f], [name_f]Georgia[/name_f]…

Good luck, and congratulations!

Asra–“travel at night”
[name_u]Isra[/name_u]–“nocturnal journey”
[name_f]Journey[/name_f]
[name_f]Ferdinanda[/name_f]–“brave, daring journey”
Faramund/Faramond–“journey protection”
Hecate/Hekate–“far off”. She was a goddess associated with crossroads

[name_f]Grace[/name_f] and [name_f]Phoebe[/name_f] were my first thoughts.

[name_f]Clara[/name_f]
[name_f]Lilia[/name_f]
[name_f]Coral[/name_f]
[name_f]Stella[/name_f]

Thank you all, I like the idea of using a place name and am considering using [name_m]Atlas[/name_m] or the suggested [name_f]Journey[/name_f] for middle name, but it will depend on the flow with first name.
