I’ve been in love with the name [name_m]Elijah[/name_m] for as long as I can remember but now that I’m pregnant (it was hard) my SO has a nephew named [name_m]Eli[/name_m] and he is completely against naming our son something so close. I just can’t fall in love with another baby boy name. I’ve been leaning towards [name_m]Isaiah[/name_m], but I just can’t be sure it’s the one. Any name suggestions would be great. I want something classical and dignified, like [name_m]Elijah[/name_m].
SN: My stepson’s name is [name_u]Tristan[/name_u] and if they ever have a sister, her name will be [name_f]Alanis[/name_f]
I love [name_m]Elijah[/name_m], and we gave it to my youngest son. If your husband doesn’t want to use [name_m]Elijah[/name_m], I wouldn’t push him too hard to. I’d suggest using [name_m]Elijah[/name_m] in the middle, it would seem to solve your issues-- you get to use the name you love and don’t have to worry about it being to close to his cousin’s name.
I do love [name_m]Isaiah[/name_m]!
[name_m]Isaac[/name_m] would be a nice choice, maybe [name_m]Gabriel[/name_m], [name_m]Levi[/name_m], or [name_m]Judah[/name_m]/[name_u]Jude[/name_u].
