[name]Lennox[/name]
[name]Blake[/name]
[name]Finley[/name]
[name]Sawyer[/name]

Middle Names"
[name]Lydia[/name]
[name]Elisabeth[/name]

Thanks guys!

Your list is a little too masculine for my taste. Out of your choices, I’d pick [name]Sawyer[/name] [name]Elisabeth[/name].

I love the middle names you’ve picked out, they’re very feminine and classy.
If I were to be honest about your first names, I would say they’re a little bit too masculine for my taste.
If you’re looking for a name that has a tomboy feel, why don’t you pick something that is feminine but has a boyish nickname? (ex.: [name]Charlotte[/name] = [name]Charlie[/name])
Although, I do like [name]Sawyer[/name] a lot! Especially with [name]Elisabeth[/name] (:
[name]Hope[/name] I helped!

I also thought Boys Names when I saw your list. If you like [name]Finley[/name] how do you feel about [name]Waverly[/name]?
I think [name]Waverly[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] is pretty.

Or what about [name]Hadley[/name]?

My top choice from your list would be [name]Lennox[/name] [name]Elisabeth[/name], but I also think [name]Finley[/name] and [name]Sawyer[/name] are fine. Particularly as you have spelled it, I think of [name]Finley[/name] as a girls name (although I know it can be either).

Yes, your list is a tad on the tomboy side, but I really like it. It’s a matter of personal preference. On this site, there’s not very many who like using boy names for girls. I personally love those names.

Here’s my opinions:

[name]Sawyer[/name] - Probably my favorite on your list. I like this with either of your middle name choices, but I’m particularly fond of the name [name]Lydia[/name].
[name]Lennox[/name]- Very cute. I actually like this for a boy too, even though when I first heard of this name is was used for a girl.
[name]Blake[/name]- This is one that I’ve always liked better on a girl than a boy.
[name]Finley[/name]- This one just isn’t my favorite at all. I’m not a fan of the “f” sound in names. It just doesn’t sound very pretty.

One thing about your list - you seem to like a certain style and that will help you when you have more kids. If you had this girl and named her [name]Charlotte[/name] nn [name]Charlie[/name], and then had another girl then you really wouldn’t be able to use any of these because they just wouldn’t look right next to [name]Charlotte[/name]. See what I mean.

I have a couple suggestions:
[name]Danica[/name] nn [name]Dani[/name]. My friend named her daughter this as a compromise to something tomboyish.
[name]Romilly[/name] nn [name]Romi[/name]
[name]Spencer[/name]

[name]Lennox[/name], definitely! It’s my all-time-favorite unisex name! [name]Lennox[/name] [name]Elisabeth[/name] probably flows the best, although I love [name]Lydia[/name] as well. [name]Lydia[/name] [name]Lennox[/name] (or better yet, [name]Lydia[/name] [name]Elisabeth[/name] [name]Lennox[/name]!!) would be stunning, and it would help differentiate between genders.

Thanks everyone…
The names are definately on the masucline side, I cant help it, just what I am drawn too… The middle names are all family names, and Im drawn to combos that are slightly more masculine paired with a great feminine middle name…

My top picks are definately [name]Finley[/name] & [name]Sawyer[/name]. Dad to be prefers [name]Sawyer[/name]. He also likes [name]Anderson[/name], but eve I think thats too far on the boy scale.

I loove the suggestion of [name]Spencer[/name] for a little girl, Unfortunately I have a young male cousin named [name]Spencer[/name], at only 3 years old he would definatley be a playmate to my future child, so I dont think I can do it.

What about [name]Lindsay[/name]?

or

[name]Elliott[/name]
[name]Marley[/name]
[name]Marni[/name]
[name]Andrew[/name] nn [name]Andy[/name]
[name]George[/name]

I’m more into the girly girl names myself, but love [name]Finley[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name], or [name]Finley[/name] [name]Lydia[/name].

[name]Lennox[/name] I associate with a boxer, or with china patterns. [name]Sawyer[/name] is cute, but it still conjures up images of the hunky guy from Lost to me. (not a bad thing, just not a baby girl. )

I like [name]Finley[/name] and [name]Sawyer[/name] as well! I think [name]Finley[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] sounds really pretty! I also really like the suggestions [name]Elliot[/name], and [name]Marley[/name]. I think [name]Marlon[/name] could work too, if you like that. We are ttc baby #2, and if it’s a boy, his middle name will be [name]Lennox[/name]. …Can’t fault you there, it’s a great name, but obviously I see it as masculine and have never heard of it used for a girl.

[name]Andrew[/name] & [name]George[/name] for girls? Mmm… [name]Even[/name] thats a little too masculine for me!

I think this is definitely the way to go - if you must go masculine for FN, definitely have a girlie / feminine option for the middle

My favorite from your list is probably [name]Blake[/name]

Thanks!

[name]Lennox[/name] – I’m reading The [name]Secret[/name] Garden right now, so feel like I can really get behind [name]Lennox[/name]! I’m not sure how I really feel about it on a real person day in and day out, but it is pretty. [name]Lennox[/name] [name]Elisabeth[/name] is a very nice combo, and if she doesn’t like her unusual name when she grows up, the middle gives her options.

[name]Blake[/name] – I don’t like this one yet, but I can see myself falling for it if I knew a great woman named [name]Blake[/name]. I just picture a smart, fun, independent woman (though I can’t see a little girl). [name]Blake[/name] [name]Elisabeth[/name] flows better than [name]Blake[/name] [name]Lydia[/name], but I’m a huge fan of [name]Lydia[/name]!

[name]Finley[/name] – Bad bad associations with this. It is probably the prettiest of your first name choices, but I keep getting students, unrelated to each other, with this last name and they are trouble!

[name]Sawyer[/name] – I love this on a boy, so I can’t see it for a girl.

[name]Lydia[/name] – Beautiful lovely name!!
[name]Elisabeth[/name] – One of those middle names you can’t go wrong with.
