I need some help with finding a name that flows well with my surname, Hess. [name_f]My[/name_f] favorite name right now is [name_u]Luca[/name_u], but I can’t use that name anymore because my sister’s best friend’s name is [name_u]Luca[/name_u], and that would probably be weird for her.

I think all your options work fine with Hess. [name_m]Nicholas[/name_m] does have a repeated S sound, which you might want to avoid, but you could always call him [name_u]Nico[/name_u] for short.

Depending on your tolerance for slight clunkiness, [name_m]Loic[/name_m] Hess sounds awesome to me, it just isn’t as mellifluous as [name_u]Luca[/name_u] Hess if that’s part of what drew you to [name_u]Luca[/name_u].
