Name the Brothers in my Story!

I need help naming some characters! I’m writing about four brothers in modern times who discover they have magic in their bloodlines and they descend from the Wyrd Sisters of [name]Shakespeare[/name]’s play, Macbeth. So maybe some Scottish or Irish names or very old fashioned names? I don’t know… LOL. I think I want some sort of a theme or connection between the names, but that needn’t be criteria. Their last name is likely to be [name]March[/name] right now. Here are some vague character descriptions of personality and looks.

The oldest brother, who is the narrator and MC for the majority of the story, is 18-going-on-19, the shortest at 5’9”-5’10” and also the heaviest set, being slightly overweight. He has the darkest complexion of all of the brothers having a light-to-medium tan with dark brown eyes with an orangey tone and naturally curly dark brown (almost black) hair. He’s very sarcastic, shrewish, controlling, and he comes across as being sort of selfish. He also has a slight temper problem. This is mostly to cover up insecurities over his parents and them abandoning him and his brothers, as well as a fear of losing his brothers. He cares incredibly deeply for his brothers and would do anything for them, even sacrifice himself. His brothers tend to misunderstand him, believing him to be a total jerk, when he’s just looking out for them and trying his best to be the best he can be for them. He’s known for his interest in writing novels.

The second brother is a dreamer. He desperately wants to be popular, or just to be liked/loved. It’s so bad that sometimes he ignores his family and puts people who don’t treat him right first. He and his older brother fight all the time, because of their differing opinions on family, however, the older brother is the most protective of him and feels the closest to him. He’s also the funny one and a bit of a pervert. He lives to make people laugh. He’s an inch or two taller than his brother, but much thinner with curly dark brown hair, which he wears slightly long, and hazel eyes. He’s 17.

The third brother is the shyest and smartest one. He tends to act babyish, which causes others to baby him a lot. He’s a very deep person, with a lot on his mind and a lot to say, but he keeps his thoughts to himself, mostly. He seems like he’s really boring, but he’s pretty emotionally restrained, due to the immaturity of some of the people around him. He and the second brother are very close. He has straight medium brown hair, a very pale complexion, chocolate brown eyes, and wears glasses. He’s the same height as the second brother, but has a slightly stockier build. He’s 16.

The youngest brother is the tallest, at 6’1"-ish, standard body build, with short curly dirty-blonde hair and green-hazel eyes. He’s got a combination of his older brothers traits… The oldest brother’s desire for a strong family unit, the middle brother’s sense of humor, and the second youngest’s shyness. He’s sort of awkward at times, but incredibly lovable. He is very insecure about much of himself and relies on his brothers a lot, being very emotionally torn when the three of them fight. He loves music, listening to classic rock and playing along with it on his guitar. He’s 14.

A few Macbeth names:
[name]Duncan[/name]
[name]Malcolm[/name]
[name]Ross[/name]
[name]Lennox[/name]
[name]Angus[/name]

For the oldest, I think [name]Malcolm[/name] and [name]Ross[/name] would work.

For the middle, I think [name]Angus[/name] would work well.

For the youngest, I like the idea of [name]Lennox[/name].

Some names that came to mind while reading your post(that have nothing to do with Macbeth):
Brother 1: [name]Marcus[/name], [name]Nathaniel[/name], [name]Vincent[/name], [name]Victor[/name], [name]Pierce[/name]
Brother 2: [name]Henry[/name], [name]Dashiell[/name], [name]Oliver[/name], [name]Asher[/name], [name]Kellen[/name]
Brother 3: [name]August[/name], [name]Julian[/name], [name]Jude[/name], [name]Lucas[/name], [name]Nolan[/name]

First off, your story sounds really interesting to me, something I would definitely be intrigued by in a bookstore. As for names, some that come to mind for any of the brothers are [name]Finn[/name], [name]Simon[/name], and [name]Harry[/name]. I’ve never read Macbeth, so I’m not sure who the “good” or “bad” characters are but it might be interesting to name your characters variants of those names or names that have similar meaning.
On babynames.com, I looked up [name]Duncan[/name], which it said meant “dark haired warrior.” Some names that meant dark haired included [name]Keiran[/name], [name]Duff[/name], [name]Darcy[/name], and [name]Dugan[/name] while names that meant warrior included [name]Finley[/name], [name]Gideon[/name], [name]Liam[/name], and [name]Murphy[/name]. It might take a little more research, but it might be cool to name your characters that way.

^It’s actually funny that you said [name]Simon[/name], because brother number two was originally [name]Simon[/name], in the earliest version of this!

I’ve actually decided to add a fourth brother to this story.

He’s the youngest but tallest, at 6’1"-ish, standard body build, with short curly dirty-blonde hair and green-hazel eyes. He’s 14.

Anyone??

Brother 1: [name]Lorcan[/name] (by your description this brother seems a little “rough” so I picked this harsher sounding Irish name for [name]Laurence[/name])
Brother 2: [name]Malachy[/name] (the funny dreamer. Pronounced [name]MAL[/name]-uh-kee). Irish spelling for the Biblical name [name]Malachi[/name].
Brother 3: [name]Niall[/name] (shy and smart). Pronounced “nile”.
Brother 4: [name]Douglas[/name] (tall and lovable)
