Name The Multiples!

People seem to put more thought and care into choosing names when naming multiples, even more so than if they were just naming siblings. These multiples, twins, triplets, quads, or even higher, will most likely share a special bond that most will not understand. For most parents, naming multiples is a special event, the names will help each child stand out from their siblings, but will also make them feel closer together.

The Basic Idea:
The previous user should leave a scenario for the next.
Examples:
Name the twin brothers of [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f] and [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] [name_u]Lee[/name_u].
What would you name quads? 3 boys and 1 girl.
Your job is name triplet girls. One name should wink at Grandma [name_f]Louisa[/name_f].

Your job is pick names you like for the scenario.

Rules:

  • No Singletons, this thread is called Name The Multiples! for a reason
  • No more than Nonuplets (nine at a time) anything higher is bordering on impossible
  • No more than two middle names
  • No inappropriate names
  • Always leave a scenario for the next poster

After a long battle with infertility, [name_m]Harris[/name_m] [name_m]Edward[/name_m] “[name_m]Harry[/name_m]” and [name_f]Kate[/name_f] [name_f]Bethany[/name_f] are expecting quintuplets! They know they are having 3 girls and 2 boys. They want “Southern [name_u]Bell[/name_u]” sounding combinations (FN & MN) for their girls. Their boys’ FNs should “go” with their sisters names, while their MNs are after a extended family memeber.

They are now expecting triplet daughters through surrogate. [name_m]Mark[/name_m] prefers simpler names while [name_m]Johnathan[/name_m] would like something delicate and feminine. Combine their interests to come up with their perfect names.

[name_m]Victor[/name_m] and [name_f]Hailey[/name_f] Schultz were not expecting to find out with their first pregnancy that they were expecting identical triplet girls.

[name_u]Harper[/name_u] [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] (13)
[name_f]Ginger[/name_f] [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] (13)

[name_u]Trace[/name_u] [name_m]Alexander[/name_m] (5)

Having thought their family was complete, it was a complete shock to find out that they were expecting again. It came as an even bigger shock that they were once again having triplet girls. This time they have indentical twins and their “odd one out”.

They would like their names to represent this. The girls’ FNs must end in N. The indetical twins names need to end in -on. The "odd one out’s can end in either -en or -an. They would like the girls to have 2 MNs. The 1st MN must start with one of the other letters that one of her sisters’ start with (like their older sisters). The 2nd MN must be a color.

Victor & Hailey Shultz are expecting:

Afton Seraphina Blue
Sutton Elizabelle Gray
Emerson Adalia Rose

…baby sisters to Piper Hannah, Harper Genevieve, Ginger Penelope, Brody William, and Trace Alexander.

Leland Josias & Margaret Adele “Meg” Hennessy have four children: Iris Margaret (9), Willem Josias (7), Henrik Bronson (6), and Mabel Cecilia “Macy” (3). They love having a big family, and debated back and forth about whether or not to have one more. When Macy turned 3, they decided to go for their #5… and to their surprise, they got pregnant with triplets! They are expecting two boys and a girl.

Leland & Meg give their kids MNs after family, and the next family members they want to honor are: Leland’s parents, Anna Maureen & Thomas Carver; Meg’s grandpa, Edgar Lewis; and Meg’s favorite aunt, Theresa Rose (“Aunt Rosey”). Name the Hennessy triplets!

[name_u]Leland[/name_u] & [name_f]Meg[/name_f] Hennessey are expecting:

[name_m]Otto[/name_m] [name_m]Thomas[/name_m], [name_u]Elias[/name_u] [name_m]Edmund[/name_m], & [name_f]Annabelle[/name_f] [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f]

After years of hoping for another child, they have discovered that they are expecting quads! [name_f]Jana[/name_f] & [name_m]Dalton[/name_m] are so excited to be getting two baby brothers and two baby sisters! Growing up with common names, [name_u]Michael[/name_u] & [name_f]Victoria[/name_f] want their children to have familiar, yet not overused first names. They would like the girls’ middle names to be nature names and the boys’ middle names to be surnames.

[name_f]Emmy[/name_f] [name_u]Lou[/name_u]

[name_m]Ian[/name_m] and [name_f]Anna[/name_f] have four kids, three girls and one boy. All their first names start with vowels and their middle names are traditional.

Niilo [name_m]Matias[/name_m] & Aune Henrikka have three kids: [name_f]Kaija[/name_f] [name_f]Margaret[/name_f], [name_m]Oskar[/name_m] [name_m]Johannes[/name_m], and Seija [name_f]Lenore[/name_f]. They are expecting twins! They’re looking for Finnish FNs, to honor their heritage, but since they live in the US now, they also want the names to be fairly easy to pronounce and spell in English. They aren’t finding out the genders, so choose their B/B, B/G, and G/G options.
