I need some baby girl name suggestions. I’m feeling really pulled to choose based on meaning. [name_f]My[/name_f] husband just passed, and we hadn’t finalized a name for our fourth child.
Looking for names that mean strength, healing, rebirth…that sort of thing. Your input is appreciated! I’m having a hard time putting a name together this go around.
I hope you like some of these!! Sorry for any repeats. I highlighted the names with the best meanings (in my opinion, of course.)
Althea - "with healing power"
[name_u]Andrea[/name_u] - “strong and manly” (the manly bit isn’t good, but it’s still a lovely name)
[name_f]Audrey[/name_f] - “noble strength” Valentina - "strength, health" Valerie/Valeria - "strength, health"
[name_f]Brianna[/name_f] - “strong, virtuous and honorable”
[name_f]Gabriella[/name_f] - “God is my strength” (not sure if you’re religious, but I put this in just in case.) Isa - “strong-willed” (not exactly what you’re looking for, but I really like it)
I saved a list of girl names I shared with my friend, who lost the father of her baby I hope one of our NB suggestions feels perfect for your little miracle

It really depends on your other children’s names.
I am so sorry for your loss.
I suggest you the name [name_f]Anastasia[/name_f], it literally means “rebirth” or “resurrection”.
God bless you and your family.
I’ve always liked the idea of using [name_u]Phoenix[/name_u] as a middle name for a child of mine, preferably a son but it could work for a girl too. It symbolises rebirth of course and rising from one’s ashes which for me would honour my father, who passed away and whose name meant ‘rebirth’.
[name_f]Abigail[/name_f] is perfect too. I’m not sure of your style but I actually think [name_f]Abigail[/name_f] [name_u]Phoenix[/name_u] would be quite beautiful, and very unexpected.
[name_f]Liv[/name_f] would also be beautiful - ‘life’. And again, I love [name_f]Liv[/name_f] [name_u]Phoenix[/name_u]. The flow isn’t perfect but it’s so spunky and also so meaningful! Liv Abigail would be lovely too.
