Nameberry members are like the Canadians of the internet.

Pinterest comments:
“You’re an idiot”
“Shut up”
“Go die”

Nameberry forums:
“You are beautiful the way you are”
“I’m so happy for you”
“Thanks”

I didn’t mean to offend any Canadians, I know not all Canadians are nice, it’s just that being nice isn’t really a BAD stereotype and I hope that you were amused rather than offended.

Nice way of proving your own point here by apologizing for calling people nice. I mean, I get it, but still

Me when people use the unusual names in my CAFs

it makes me so happy to see :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

I often try to pick the most unusual names, if I really like them, even if I would never use them otherwise
After all, it’s people in a game. Not real children or characters that I plan on writing a long book series about.

Which is also why I like CAF’s with LOTS of family members. It’s just imaginary, let’s have a little fun

I do the same! It’s generally fun and it’s nice to appreciate names that I don’t see often.

When I used to play Zoo Tycoon 2 a lot, I’d always try to give my starter animals names related to what the animal was called. The starting pair of American beavers would always be [name_f]Amy[/name_f] and [name_m]Rick[/name_m].
