I so desperately wish I could settle on a name for baby number 2.
My first is a son named [name_u]Lucca[/name_u] so I am avoiding L names.
Our last name starts with an M and is very long so I also ruled out M names and long first names.
I would love a short Italian name ending with A and easy to spell and pronounce.
I do not like popular names and would hate for her to go to school with any other kids with her name.
Enough about what I’m trying to avoid, names we are considering are [name_f]Sienna[/name_f], [name_f]Bria[/name_f], [name_f]Brenna[/name_f], [name_u]Haven[/name_u], and [name_u]Shiloh[/name_u].
My sisters names are [name_u]Tracy[/name_u] and [name_f]Christina[/name_f] and I would love a beautiful combination name as well if it wasn’t too off the wall.
I would love any and all suggestions. I feel like I have reached the end of google on my own.
I absolutely love [name_f]Bria[/name_f] & [name_u]Luca[/name_u]! I could not find anything I like better. [name_f]Gemma[/name_f] & [name_f]Aria[/name_f] are nice but I like [name_f]Bria[/name_f] better. I love [name_f]Celia[/name_f] but I’m not sure if it is technically Italian? If so, I love both [name_f]Celia[/name_f] & [name_f]Bria[/name_f]. [name_f]Sienna[/name_f] would be my second choice from your list.
Tracy and Christina share letters. The name Cara is made up of the A, R and C from both Tracy and Christina. So Cara is my number one suggestion! If you don’t like Cara, you could use Catherine, Catarina, or Catherina as a middle name to honour both sisters, since these names share letters, as well.
Other suggestions:
Lucca and Viola
Lucca and Clara
Lucca and Gianna
Lucca and Aurora
Lucca and Allegra
Lucca and Chiara
Lucca and Elisa

Vitalia nn [name_f]Vita[/name_f] or [name_u]Tali[/name_u]
[name_f]Bellina[/name_f] and [name_f]Catarina[/name_f] are nice too. My husband loves [name_f]Sienna[/name_f] but it sounds a little ghetto to me? Thoughts?
I agree with you, it’s beautiful but for some reason is reminding me of a trend a while back that was a little, for lack of a better word, trashy. I honestly think the name itself is beautiful but my first feeling was the same as yours. I really like both [name_f]Caterina[/name_f] & [name_f]Bellina[/name_f], but my favorite is still [name_f]Bria[/name_f] with [name_u]Lucca[/name_u]. I like these together because they are both sophisticated yet spunky, unique but easy to pronounce and short but complete feeling names.
What about [name_f]Helena[/name_f] or [name_f]Octavia[/name_f]?
[name_f]Bria[/name_f] is v cute, it sounds like a nn to [name_f]Brianna[/name_f] to me but works well on its own.
I wonder, since you are having a fall/[name_f]October[/name_f] baby, if there are words in Italian that relate to fall but would make a pretty name? I don’t speak italian and google doesnt help much…but maybe a berry on here would know?
