Names at the bowling alley

[name]Hi[/name] Berries,

DH and I went bowling yesterday and I was in name heaven reading the names of all the other bowlers on their screens. I thought I would share some of the great (or simply interesting) names I saw.

[name]Gus[/name] and [name]Dora[/name] (a couple in their early to mid-twenties)
[name]Miranda[/name] (young woman)
Rox (middle-aged woman - I assume her full name is [name]Roxanne[/name], but I thought Rox was neat)
Cimon (approx. 7-9 year old boy - his dad was calling him Ci)
[name]Hart[/name] and [name]Willis[/name] (part of a group of college aged guys; these could have been their last names, but their friends names were [name]Sean[/name], [name]Brad[/name], [name]Matt[/name], [name]Eric[/name], and [name]Stu[/name])
[name]Jessa[/name] (teenage girl)

What do you guys think of these names? Has anyone else seen some interesting names recently?

[name]Love[/name], [name]Dora[/name], [name]Gus[/name], Rox and [name]Hart[/name].

I love looking at the names on the bowling lanes when I go as well. My friends and I do put in joke names some of the time we go, though, just because reactions from other people are quite interesting. The best name I had on a bowling lane was Hovis, as in the bread. The woman on the family next to us (according to my friend) always looked over when I was bowling with a puzzled look on her face, I think trying to suss if my parents really were cruel enough to name me after bread.

LOL essjay!! :stuck_out_tongue:

I like [name]Jessa[/name], I’ve known a few of them. I like [name]Jessamine[/name] more as a full name but [name]Jessa[/name] isn’t bad.

[name]Hart[/name] is one I am not confident enough to use as a first name but really like it.

Cimon is bad. I like [name]Cyrus[/name] though.

I love [name]Jessa[/name] I almost named my daughter that

I really like [name]Hart[/name] and [name]Willis[/name]!

At Target the other day I heard a mom talking to her daughter [name]Margo[/name]. Another lady thought that her name was [name]Marian[/name] and thought it was the cutest name ever. Then I heard a mom talking to her daughter named Elloree. (so cute!!!)
