Names for baby girl who is on the way!!

Okay so I am due in a week and we cant decied on name!! Here are the names we like best!!Which ones do you like?
[name]Madison[/name] [name]Ella[/name] (Madi)
[name]Sophia[/name] [name]Jade[/name]
[name]Catherine[/name] [name]Ann/name
[name]Delanie[/name] [name]Elle[/name]
[name]Isabella[/name] [name]Rae[/name] ([name]Bella[/name])
[name]Holly[/name] [name]Hannah[/name]
[name]Bailey[/name] [name]Rose[/name]
[name]Jade[/name] [name]Grace[/name]

I love [name]Sophia[/name] [name]Jade[/name]. It’s a beautiful name with a great flow. The only issue is that [name]Sophia[/name] is very popular right now, but some people have issues with that and some don’t. But I’m seriously in love with that name right now  It really jumps off your list.

My next favorite is [name]Bailey[/name]. It’s just one of my favorite names, although honestly, [name]Rose[/name] makes me yawn since it is such a common middle name. Sorry :frowning:

[name]SOPHIA[/name] [name]JADE[/name]!

[name]Delanie[/name] is interesting but I don’t love it with [name]Elle[/name]. I personally like [name]Sophie[/name] better than [name]Sophia[/name] but JMO.

[name]Isabella[/name] [name]Rae[/name] is my favorite. It’s very pretty and I love nn [name]Bella[/name], but would have to be careful about its rising popularity bc of the Twilight movies. I think my second favorite is [name]Sophia[/name] [name]Jade[/name].

Fully agree love both combos

[name]Love[/name] [name]Katherine[/name] [name]Anne[/name] too a real power name and love nn of [name]Kate[/name].

[name]Love[/name] [name]Catherine[/name] [name]Anne[/name] the most nn [name]Cate[/name]. Also love [name]Catherine[/name] [name]Alice[/name]. [name]Katherine[/name] with a “K” is great, too! [name]Love[/name] [name]Sophia[/name], but it’s so popular. Of course [name]Katherine[/name]/[name]Catherine[/name] is very popular, too.

My favorites are-

[name]Sophia[/name] [name]Jade[/name] - this is really pretty.
[name]Isabella[/name] [name]Rae[/name]

I love [name]Delanie[/name] spelled [name]Delaney[/name] but I’m not a fan of [name]Elle[/name] for the middle

[name]Madison[/name] [name]Ella[/name]–I [name]LOVE[/name] [name]Ella[/name]. [name]Madison[/name] is okay, but a very 90s-baby name. Consider: [name]Mabel[/name] (it’s like your two names pushed into one great name!), [name]Lennox[/name], [name]Miller[/name] (both an M name and a surname), [name]Ada[/name].

[name]Sophia[/name] [name]Jade[/name]–[name]Sophia[/name] is beautiful, although quite popular, as has already been commented. My favorite spelling of it is the Russian/Ukranian [name]Sofiya[/name]. You might also like [name]Serafina[/name] or [name]Saphira[/name]. [name]Jade[/name] just sounds over-trendy to me, and on top of it, I just don’t like it anyway. What about [name]Ruby[/name]?

[name]Catherine[/name] [name]Ann[/name]–It’s lovely in a classic way, but not interesting enough for my taste. However, another classic C name is [name]Caroline[/name], which I happen to love, and if you at least change it to [name]Anna[/name], then [name]Caroline[/name] [name]Anna[/name] has a much prettier, but still classic, ring. [name]Adelaide[/name] [name]Ivy[/name] is another classic combo that comes to mind.

[name]Delanie[/name] [name]Elle[/name]–I very much liked [name]Delaney[/name] before it became so noticed, and the -ie ending isn’t the classiest looking thing. [name]Elle[/name] is pretty, but so simple–much better as a nn. Think about something like [name]Campbell[/name], which satisfies both the Gaelic-surname and the -ell (like [name]Elle[/name]). Also, maybe the combo [name]Cavan[/name] [name]Arabella[/name] or [name]Lorcan[/name] [name]Estella[/name].

[name]Isabella[/name] [name]Rae[/name]–[name]Isabella[/name] is currently pretty high on the name chart, so…ehh. [name]Rae[/name] seems to typically middle name; if you want a middle name souding middle name, I’d go with the ever-beautiful [name]Rose[/name]. [name]Ellinor[/name]/[name]Eleonora[/name] “[name]Ella[/name]” [name]Rose[/name]?

[name]Holly[/name] [name]Hannah[/name]–First of all, I’m not crazy about the double H’s. There are Hannahs galore, although Channas there are not, so that is a possibility. For [name]Holly[/name]…maybe [name]Dolly[/name], nn for [name]Dorothea[/name]. [name]Dorothea[/name] [name]Channa[/name] “[name]Dolly[/name]” has a great sound.

[name]Bailey[/name] [name]Rose[/name]–ahh, [name]Rose[/name]! [name]Just[/name] my proof that it’s a sure-fire middle name. I’ve been sick of [name]Bailey[/name] for a long time, but you might like Bairbre.

[name]Jade[/name] [name]Grace[/name]–see top about [name]Jade[/name]. I like [name]Grace[/name] as a nn for [name]Engracia[/name] or [name]Grayson[/name]/[name]Greyson[/name]. Also, try [name]Mercy[/name] or Honoura nn [name]Nora[/name].

Any of that helpful? Best luck in choosing a name!

I think that namegoddess made some wonderful points about each name!

From your list, I’m voting for [name]Catherine[/name], too. I think that [name]Eleanor[/name] and [name]Eliza[/name] are lovely alternatives to the popular, [name]Ella[/name], and you may like [name]Susannah[/name] as a fresh alternative to [name]Sophia[/name]. (I do love [name]Sophia[/name] in spite of its popularity.) Then again, the popularity may not bother you, and if it doesn’t, that’s great!

If you’re interested in more names like [name]Madison[/name] that aren’t as dated, you may like:

[name]Adeline[/name] (the only non-modern name on the list)

Good luck!

[name]Madison[/name] [name]Ella[/name] (Madi) both names dated
[name]Sophia[/name] [name]Jade[/name] tooo too popular she will be one of 4 sophia’s in her class
[name]Catherine[/name] [name]Ann/name classic
[name]Delanie[/name] [name]Elle[/name]- delaney is nice, i dont like the name elle and the flow isnt that nice. grace would make a better middle name
[name]Isabella[/name] [name]Rae[/name] ([name]Bella[/name]) like [name]Sophia[/name] way way too popular
[name]Holly[/name] [name]Hannah[/name]: dated
[name]Bailey[/name] [name]Rose[/name]: dated but like rose as a first name
[name]Jade[/name] [name]Grace[/name]: ok

what about…
[name]Rose[/name] [name]Catherine[/name]
[name]Catherine[/name] [name]Jade[/name]

I just love [name]Bailey[/name] [name]Rose[/name]!

[name]Madison[/name] [name]Ella[/name] (Madi) - [name]Ella[/name] is cute, but she’ll be one of 5 [name]Madison[/name]'s in her class
[name]Sophia[/name] [name]Jade[/name] - Very cute and not quite as popular as [name]Madison[/name]
[name]Catherine[/name] [name]Ann/name - Classic - you can’t go wrong
[name]Delanie[/name] [name]Elle[/name] - Like [name]Delanie[/name], but you need a different middle name. [name]Jade[/name] flows better
[name]Isabella[/name] [name]Rae[/name] ([name]Bella[/name]) - Again, she’ll be one of 5 in her class. Not a fan of [name]Rae[/name]
[name]Holly[/name] [name]Hannah[/name] - I like [name]Holly[/name] a lot, but don’t like it with [name]Hannah[/name]. [name]Ann[/name] or [name]Jade[/name] would be cute.
[name]Bailey[/name] [name]Rose[/name] - Lots of [name]Bailey[/name]/[name]Hailey[/name]/[name]Kailey[/name]'s too.
[name]Jade[/name] [name]Grace[/name] - [name]Love[/name] [name]Grace[/name], although it too is popular. [name]Don[/name]'t like that [name]Jade[/name] and [name]Grace[/name] are both one syllable. If you go with [name]Jade[/name], use [name]Ella[/name] for the middle name.

[name]Madison[/name] [name]Ella[/name] (Madi) - I prefer [name]Madison[/name] [name]Elle[/name] nn [name]Maddie[/name]- to me a little more sophisticated
[name]Sophia[/name] [name]Jade[/name] -
[name]Catherine[/name] [name]Ann/name - I like this name but I am one of those who really prefer the [name]Katherine[/name] spelling. It’s probably because I am a [name]Kate[/name] (not [name]Katherine[/name]) and have always preferred [name]Kate[/name] and [name]Katie[/name] to [name]Cate[/name] and [name]Catie[/name]. [name]Cate[/name] I have gotten a little bit more used to, but [name]Catie[/name] just looks wrong to me.
[name]Delanie[/name] [name]Elle[/name] - Are you pronouncing it like rhymes with [name]Melanie[/name]? If so, I like this name.
[name]Isabella[/name] [name]Rae[/name] ([name]Bella[/name]) -
[name]Holly[/name] [name]Hannah[/name] - Is this a [name]Christmas[/name] baby? [name]Holly[/name] [name]Noel[/name], [name]Holly[/name] [name]Eve[/name], [name]Holly[/name] [name]Kate[/name], [name]Holly[/name] [name]Ann[/name], [name]Holly[/name] [name]Beth[/name]
[name]Bailey[/name] [name]Rose[/name] - I immediately think of an Irish drink.
[name]Jade[/name] [name]Grace[/name] - need another syllable somewhere to make it flow better to me.

[quote=“familygirl39”]Okay so I am due in a week and we cant decied on name!! Here are the names we like best!!Which ones do you like?

  1. [name]Sophia[/name] [name]Jade[/name]- it’s gorgeous and although I like [name]Sophia[/name] spelled [name]Sofia[/name], that way is really pretty too. [name]Sophia[/name] is a tad too common for my liking but if that doesn’t matter to you, it’s a beautiful name. Also, I’m not fond of the nn [name]Sophie[/name].

  2. [name]Isabella[/name] [name]Rae[/name] ([name]Bella[/name])- [name]Isabella[/name] with the nn [name]Bella[/name] is one of the tops of my list. I’m sorry if I offend but the only reason this name isn’t at the top of my list is because I’m not all too partial with the middle name [name]Rae[/name].

  3. [name]Jade[/name] [name]Grace[/name]- it’s a beautiful name and I like the odd mixture of the two names. I wouldn’t normally think of pairing the two together but they sound quite nice actually.

  4. [name]Holly[/name] [name]Hannah[/name]- the only problem with this name is that it’s far too over-used. I know dozens of [name]Hannah[/name]'s and even though you don’t hear [name]Holly[/name] quite as much, it still is a common name to hear about.
    [name]Hope[/name] I helped!!!
These are my top 4 names off your list!

[name]Sophia[/name] [name]Jade[/name] or [name]Bailey[/name] [name]Rose[/name]
