Hello! [name_m]How[/name_m] is everyone?
I have a new novel project I’ve been working on (I have far to many novel ideas and not enough actual novels).
Here are the details:
Genre of [name_u]Story[/name_u]: Sci-Fi
Time Period/Location: About 2120 (100 years from now)
Brief Plot: MC (unnamed) is the youngest operative to ever work for the world’s largest special agency (kind of like the [name_f]CIA[/name_f], also unnamed). They assign her to her first task, but because she’s so young, they give her a team of (unnamed) supernatural beings to go with her (the supernatural are basically prisoners of this special agency). Turns out the task that they gave her isn’t as minor as they thought, and it could destroy their world.
Thing Description: What I need help getting names for is the general name for the population of supernatural beings.
Already Considered: I’ve considered Mystics and Celestials, although I’ve already read a book with supernatural beings called Mystics in it.
[name_m]Don[/name_m]’t Suggest These Names: All suggestions are welcome.
Anything else?: Doesn’t have to be a synonym/word similar to supernatural like mystic and cesletial are, but just as long as it doesn’t steer too far away from the supernatural realm. Can be completely made up too, as long as it’s legitimate sounding. It’s probaly going to be used as a derogatory term between the non-supernatural (who are Mortals) from time to time.
