Back again - trying to narrow our list down. [name_f]My[/name_f] toddler is named [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] [name_u]Jean[/name_u]. To us, the name sounds strong and beautiful yet classic.
We are trying to name our two twin girls that are arriving in a few weeks. We are trying to include [name_u]Anne[/name_u] and [name_f]Carolyn[/name_f] in the names to honour their grandmothers.
Wondering what your preferences are for a combo of the following:
I like
[name_f]Ivy[/name_f] [name_f]Carolyn[/name_f] and [name_f]Eve[/name_f] [name_f]Annelise[/name_f]
Because I think they’re classic!!
I like that they both have three letters.
I really love quite a few of these options! Juliet Carolyn & Ivy Annelise would be my picks for twins.
Eve Carolyn comes in a rather close second to Juliet but I just wonder if Ivy and Eve (Evie) sound too similar to each other. In theory Ivy and Eve work wonderfully to me but logistically it could be confusing! Lovely choices, anyway
I adore [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] [name_f]Carolyn[/name_f] and [name_f]Annelise[/name_f] [name_f]Dawn[/name_f]! They go so well together and with your other daughter’s name
[name_f]Annelise[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] & [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] [name_f]Carolyn[/name_f] are my favorite combo! I like the [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] combos but in my accent, [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] & [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] sound a bit similar!
[name_f]Ivy[/name_f] [name_f]Carolyn[/name_f] and [name_f]Annelise[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]
[name_f]Annelise[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] [name_f]Carolyn[/name_f]
Not sure if they’re too matchy-matchy, but I think that [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f] and [name_f]Eve[/name_f] [name_f]Carolyn[/name_f] is a very pretty combo, and I also like the sounds of [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] [name_f]Carolyn[/name_f]
I love Anneliese!! I’m torn between [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] & [name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_f]Carolyn[/name_f] or [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] & [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] [name_f]Carolyn[/name_f]. I think [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f] & [name_f]Grace[/name_f] is my preferred pair of first names, but I love how using [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] gives both if them a grandma & a plant.
With [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] [name_u]Jean[/name_u], I love [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] [name_f]Carolyn[/name_f] & [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] [name_f]Annelise[/name_f] [name_f]Annelise[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is also very nice!
[name_f]Lovely[/name_f] names! The only two I really don’t like together are [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] and [name_f]Eve[/name_f] because, especially with the nickname [name_f]Evie[/name_f], they’re too similar. [name_f]My[/name_f] favorite pairs are:
[name_f]Anneliese[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] [name_f]Carolyn[/name_f]
[name_f]Eve[/name_f] [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f] and [name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_f]Carolyn[/name_f]
[name_f]Ivy[/name_f] [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f] and [name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_f]Carolyn[/name_f]
I notice that you’re open to alternative forms of Anne to honor Anne, what about for Carolyn as well? Carol / Carole, Caroline, Caro, Carrie, Carrigan, Cerys / Carys, Carina, heck even Coraline could still be seen as a nod to a Carolyn (please ignore these suggestions if you especially like Carolyn for the middle spot.)
Of your current combos I love the ideas of twins Anneliese Rose and Ivy Carolyn, Anneliese Rose and Juliet Carolyn, or Marie Anneliese and Eve Carolyn.
Ivy Carolyn is my favorite Carolyn combo overall, and I genuinely can’t decided which I prefer between Anneliese Rose and Marie Anneliese.
[name_f]Ivy[/name_f] [name_f]Carolyn[/name_f] and [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]
[name_f]Juliet[/name_f] [name_f]Carolyn[/name_f] and [name_f]Eve[/name_f] [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f]
