In my book, the world lives in fear of a rogue clan who ravage towns and bring destruction wherever they go. The story centers on a young girl, who starts as a frightened girl, always in hiding, and rises above to become brave and powerful. Her parents died in an attack on her village when she was 4, and she was rescued by an older girl who I also need a name for. The older girl is a sort of mother figure, and she is determined and brave. When disaster strikes, she puts other people as the priority, and tries to make sure everyone gets away. The young girl is 4 in the prologue and 9+ in the rest of the story. The older girl is 12 in the prologue and 17+ in the rest of the story. Younger has dark brown hair and big brown eyes, with her hair long and cut uneven. Older has light red hair and emerald green eyes, with her hair in a messy ponytail. Also, I think it would be a good motivation if the older girl dies, but I don’t know if I should do that or how it should happen if I do. So, those two names, and maybe some plot help with that would be appreciated, but never mandatory. For older I want a strong name, for younger I want one that can be seen as both strong or soft, because of how her character changes over time. Thank you so much!
