Names for two new characters

Hello my fellow Berries! I’m calling all the WriterBerries and maybe who could help! I’m in a pickle with names. I have a new story idea that I will hopefully be posting on Wattpad or something soon.

The Synopsis:
A little girl who lives in the apartment over from a 20-something year old woman. The little girl has a lot of admiration and adoration for her neighbor. When the little girl’s family first moved in, Miss [name_m]Sparks[/name_m], welcomed them to the building. Since then the little girl has been greeting the 20-something year old neighbor everyday after she comes home from work. The little girl will even greet her anytime she sees her in the hallway. Miss [name_m]Sparks[/name_m] finds her adorable and is always happy when her little neighbor says a hello to her.
After the little girl’s older brother suddenly dies (OC’d), the girl is put into child services but the foster care system is overwhelming full with unadopted children. The girl begs them to let her live with Miss [name_m]Sparks[/name_m] until the foster care system isn’t so filled. Miss [name_m]Sparks[/name_m] decides to foster the girl for the time being but has a decision to make, that is crucial to the little girl’s wellbeing. Miss [name_m]Sparks[/name_m], who’s in her early 20s, either fosters the girl until she can adopt her or let the foster care system take her away and run the risk of the girl growing up in a worse household.

Description of Miss [name_m]Sparks[/name_m]:
Miss [name_m]Sparks[/name_m] is a woman in her early 20s who doesn’t have her whole life put together, despite what her little neighbor says. She grew up in a similar situation and environment as the little girl next door but Miss [name_m]Sparks[/name_m] had a several siblings. Miss [name_m]Sparks[/name_m] is a tallish woman who stands at 5’10 with dark chocolate brown hair and beautiful sky blue eyes. She has a heart of gold and is the friendliest person in the building. She’s one of the most talked about and very well liked among the others living in the apartment complex. She enjoys kids and went to university for K-12 Education but works an office job because she hasn’t had the chance to go back for her Master’s in Latin. She wishes to one day be a middle school teacher.

Description of the little girl:
She is a 9-year-old girl that grew up in a very rough home environment and situation. She stands at 4’9 with long wavy black hair and grey-blue eyes. Her parents and brother were drug addicts and alcoholics. She used to live in a horrible neighborhood and her parents decided they needed to downsize more and moved to the apartment complex. After moving there, her parents died in a drunk driver car accident, that was ultimately her father’s fault. She was left in the care of her older brother who was an alcoholic and heavy drug addict. After her brother’s death, she gets put in the care of the police and child services but because of the overflow of the foster care system, the police decide, after the girl’s begging, to place her into Miss [name_m]Sparks[/name_m] care until the foster care system isn’t so full.

The name I had in mind for the little girl was [name_f]Abby[/name_f] but I want to see what you guys can all come up with. I need a first name for Miss [name_m]Sparks[/name_m]. As a bit of help, Miss [name_m]Sparks[/name_m] is half-Japanese and half-American and grew up in Japan. But when she moved to [name_f]America[/name_f] at a young age with her aunt, she adopted her aunt’s maiden last name which was [name_m]Sparks[/name_m]. I want Miss [name_m]Sparks[/name_m] to have an American first name and a full Japanese name. As for the little girl, she’s of Korean and Italian descent but I want only a full American name.

I appreciate all your guy’s help!
