Names from the cosmos

My wife and I are both space nuts but not so good with names. We would like to name our son and/or daughter after the beauty of the cosmos, any thoughts or ideas would be much appreciated by us thank you!!

For girls there are plenty that mean ‘star’, e.g.:

[name_f]Stella[/name_f] (or variants [name_f]Estella[/name_f]/[name_f]Estelle[/name_f])
[name_f]Esther[/name_f] (possibly meaning star, but it’s not certain)
[name_u]Seren[/name_u]
[name_f]Astra[/name_f]

For boys [name_m]Cosmo[/name_m] comes to mind, which is etymologically linked to the word cosmos.

Or there are a lot of names for both sexes that have meanings to do with the sun or moon, but I’m not sure whether that is spacey enough for you, e.g.

[name_m]Samson[/name_m]
[name_f]Soleil[/name_f]
[name_f]Sunniva[/name_f]
[name_u]Jericho[/name_u] (possibly related to word for moon, although possibly not)
[name_f]Luna[/name_f]
[name_f]Selene[/name_f]

Mythology names often have links with the planets or other celestial bodies ([name_f]Venus[/name_f], [name_m]Apollo[/name_m], [name_m]Helios[/name_m]), although they can be a bit ‘far out’ depending on your taste.

Martin is also a form of Mars.

I think girls are easier than boys on this one!
