I have a cousin whose name is Hallie Mae! I love that name! Wowie!

[name_f]Lauren[/name_f], [name_f]Victoria[/name_f] & [name_f]Lydia[/name_f] were the alternatives for my name- they went with C@ther1ne which I’m happy about. Couldn’t imagine being any of the other names after living with my own! Would have been [name_u]Rhys[/name_u] if I was a boy.

[name_m]Just[/name_m] [name_f]Delta[/name_f] is so cool! If I was a boy I would have been [name_m]Thomas[/name_m]. Other names my mum liked were [name_f]Freya[/name_f] and [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] (I kinda wish they went with [name_u]Charlie[/name_u]

I would’ve been [name_u]Jack[/name_u] if I were a boy, [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] if my parents could honk of a good middle name. I kind of wish I had been [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] with a twin brother called [name_u]Jack[/name_u], because they match really well, and I wish I had a twin anyway.

I know that if I had been a boy I’d have been called [name_u]James[/name_u]. [name_f]My[/name_f] brother ended up getting it as a middle name just like my dad. Not sure what middle name I’d have had if I was a boy.
(My name is [name_f]Lucy[/name_f], actually. [name_f]My[/name_f] middle name is from my great-grandma ‘Nellie’, but that wasn’t her actual name. It was Ellen.)

[name_f]My[/name_f] parents had [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] (which I can totally see myself as), [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f], [name_f]Harriet[/name_f], [name_f]Lily[/name_f], [name_f]Leah[/name_f], [name_f]Claudia[/name_f], & [name_f]Emi[/name_f]! They loved [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f], but I was born in Charlottesville [name_f]Virginia[/name_f], and they thought it would be dorky, though I actually think it it would’ve been cute! They ended up going with [name_f]Claudia[/name_f] [name_f]Emi[/name_f], and then my moms last name as a second middle!

Your mom made a very good decision. I think that [name_f]Renee[/name_f] and [name_f]May[/name_f] are cute seperately, but don’t go together we’ll, and [name_m]Just[/name_m] is cute for a nickname, but not a full. I think [name_f]Juliette[/name_f] [name_f]Louisa[/name_f] is very cute!

I was almost [name_u]Ashley[/name_u] [name_f]Elaine[/name_f]. I know a TON of Ashley’s, so I’m happy they didn’t go with that. lol. Although, I wish they had given me the middle name [name_f]Elaine[/name_f]. I like [name_f]Erin[/name_f] [name_f]Elaine[/name_f] better than Erin… a very popular name that starts with N.

I was almost [name_f]Irene[/name_f] or [name_f]Keren[/name_f]- I actually like both of those better than my actual name, [name_f]Julia[/name_f]. If I had been a boy they would have named me [name_u]Daniel[/name_u].
[name_f]My[/name_f] son’s almost-name was [name_m]Otis[/name_m] and my daughter’s was [name_u]Ruby[/name_u].
